Everything is great especially with the free lounge at level10, one thing could be better is the room key, seems always not working well.
And if the hotel could organise some short day trip to surrounding places like Otaru, Yoichi, etc would be a plus for lazy families like us.
All in all, the hotel itself is fantastic, clean, delicious breakfast, warm hospitality!

Nice hotel to stay, very comfy and clean. Almost staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is decent and tasty. Above of all the price is reasonable.

フロントやお部屋も高級感があってよかった。
札幌駅まで無料ばすがでていたり、空港までの直通バスの乗り場がすぐそこにあったり、すすきのまでは歩いて20分くらい雪を楽しみながらちょうどいい距離でした。
サウナもプレオープンしていてタイミングが合わず入れなかったがまたリピートした時に泊まりたいです。
有名なトリトンもすぐ近くにありました！

房間較為寬敞，但設施略顯陳舊，衞生間的黑色台盆很容易顯臟。酒店去札幌JR站北廣場有班車，十五分鐘左右，可以彌補位置的不足。早餐中等略偏上水準。
