Excellent Stay.
It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

Location is great for valley views, great rooms, great food taste and quality with slow service, breakfast was ok ok. Overall property is good and with proper parking. Small swimming pool not temp controlled but game rooms included snooker as well. Overall was good one. Road 5.5 kms off-roading was there but manageable.

Location was good,and whole the hotel has valley view.food was average.aesthetics were so good,hotel is huge according to expectations.
Staff was humble and welcoming
Check-in was too smooth like completely hassle free,they also provided early check-in
But They could not solve the television issue in the room,which was not connecting to youtube
We ourselve later sorted it out when they weren't able to buy it took whole day
Will recommend others too.

Presidium Sarovar Portico Dalhousie . this hotel really Wow me. Very impressive built on the mountain hills. The room was amazing clean, big and staffs are excellent 5 stars rating. The food was amazing and the staffs of the restaurant treat you like a king and queen, they are so humble to ensure all the guest are well taken care

Uitstekend Locatie, maar met Service Quirks
Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen, het biedt een handige toegang tot alle interessante uitzichten.
De foto's in de app zijn niet volledig overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid. Het profielbeeld heeft een buitenzwembad dat eigenlijk niet bestaat. De toiletten verstrekt waren ook een onvolledige sethair conditioner ontbrak.
Er was een beetje verwarring bij het bestellen van het diner: we werden een ander gerecht geserveerd dan dat we hadden bevolen. De manager voerde aan dat wij de fout hadden gemaakt, hoewel diezelfde gerecht net de dag vooraf anders was bereid. Zo'n details hebben gevolgen voor de algemene indruk.
De ontbijt was top-notch: een groot aantal opties, die werden geserveerd door een aardig en opmerkzaam personeel.
Het is over het algemeen een goede keuze, mits u deze specifieke details in gedachten houdt. Ik adviseer de foto's vooraf te controleren.

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

GGuest UserThe hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

GGuest UserI am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.
