"My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future."

"The concierge staff ladies were extremely helpful and passionate about hosting guests. We were upgraded to a bigger family room due to their concern about possible noise interruption with the Mah Jong rooms that we initially booked. They've also been helpful on the laundries, from sending them to clean, dry and send back up to the room with no extra charge. Highly recommend."

Locatie: Het ligt in het centrum van de stad, wat erg handig is. Het duurt ongeveer 40 minuten met de auto naar Xiaodongjiang en andere bezienswaardigheden. Gratis parkeren, maar tijdens de Nationale Feestdag kunnen de parkeerplaatsen krap zijn
Hardwarefaciliteiten: De kamer is zoals op de foto. De ruimte is groot en de kamer biedt uitzicht op het plein er tegenover. De algehele faciliteiten voldoen niet aan de vijfsterrennormen. De minibar is relatief eenvoudig. Het ontbijt lijkt veel variatie te hebben, maar in feite zijn er niet veel keuzes, en de poeder is oké
Softwareservice: Het bedienend personeel is erg enthousiast, vooral in het restaurant. De lakens waren bevlekt toen ik incheckte. Hoewel er snel iemand kwam om ze te vervangen, beïnvloedde dit wel de indruk."

The room was clean and spacious with many amenities.
The breakfast was good with many different choices. And it was very convenient to park.

"酒店房間本身不錯，位置好，窗外可以直接看到東江湖的景色。但服務太太太差了，首先這兩天白天接近30度的天氣，房間的中央空調居然是熱空調，住了兩天，和前台反應了四五次，都衹説“因為是中央空調調不了”，請問這個天氣誰會要熱空調？衹能開着房門窗户通風散熱。
其次，送水之類的服務非常非常磨蹭，第一個電話永遠是不會來的，過了半個小時，第二第三個電話過去，才會有人來送。希望要一床薄被，阿姨拿到房間來才套的被套，想麻煩工作人員把電視調好，他們自己也不熟悉搞不定。
整體體驗因為服務問題大打折扣。"

Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

In terms of service, it is completely five-star standard. The staff are warm and considerate. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my requests, which makes me feel very considerate.
The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and all supporting facilities are available, making it very convenient to use.
The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good.
The most important thing is that considering the high-quality services and complete facilities it provides, the price is very reasonable and the price-performance ratio is very high!

GGastgebruikerStaff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions.
Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean.
We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

GGastgebruikerThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set.
This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience
