Estuvimos 3 días en Santa Cruz. El hotel estuvo de lujo, de los mejores que hemos estado en nuestra ruta por Bolivia. Cama muy cómoda, limpieza escrupulosa, desayuno de 10. Está situado en la zona de lujo de Equipetrol. Hay muchos restaurantes por la zona muy buenos y asequibles, y también tiendas de ropa bastante caras.

Estancia perfecta. Le doy un 10 al Radisson de Santa Cruz. Todo ha sido excelente: el personal es increíblemente amable y atento, la limpieza de la habitación impecable, y el desayuno muy completo y variado. El hotel es elegante, moderno y cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones: piscina, gimnasio y un espacio ideal para convenciones. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y repetiría sin pensarlo.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

Mijn vriend en ik deelden de rekening voor één nacht, ongeveer 2500 yen per persoon, inclusief ontbijt, wat ik een koopje vond. Het was schoon. De receptioniste was erg aardig en droeg onze koffers naar onze kamer. Het plein ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. De douche heeft een snelle waterstraal, vergelijkbaar met een watervaldouche. Zeep, shampoo en conditioner waren aanwezig, en er waren genoeg toiletartikelen.

This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

Das Hotel hatte ein schönes Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Roof Top Bar ist auch sehr schön. Es gab einen Willkommens Drink. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Leider gibt es keinen Pool… für einen Städtetrip gut zu empfehlen,

GGuest UserThis is one of the worst hotels that I have experienced in my lifetime as I gave me a hard time to check in the hotel. The hotel was very quick to get your money but very slow to check in.The entire services were terribly bad, staff were irresponsible consequently made me sick to my stomach as I arrived in a foreign country and got to the hotel which I paid in advance and no response to my messages.On top of that, the location is far from the city center

GGuest User很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

MMariaThe location was great, nearby restaurants within walking distance if you choose. The lobby and the rooms are well cleaned and welcoming.
Staff were all very professional and the receptionist spoke English, wish was a major help to me.
I booked the suite Room with a jacuzzi, the first they booked us in was inoperable and had signs showing down for maintenance. We asked reception about it and they were unaware oddly.
They did move us rooms, however the second room the water temp in the jacuzzi wasn't warm and when the air jets were turned on there was an awful smell. We didn't bother to ask again as we assumed no one ever used them.
