I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression.

Service, personeel en prijs…. Alles is perfect! Ik heb vier dagen in dit geweldige hotel verbleven en was diep onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid en de kwaliteit van de service die het hotel bood. Van binnen en van buiten kraakhelder en de huishoudsters waren super behulpzaam en gastvrij! Ik kom zeker terug in de toekomst en raad het aan mijn vrienden aan die naar Shijiazhuang, China komen.
Als ik iets moet zeggen dat verbeterd moet worden, zou ik willen voorstellen dat het hotelmanagement wat strenger is voor de gasten die halfnaakt in het restaurant zitten voor het ontbijtbuffet. Ik begrijp dat ze misschien gewoon naar buiten komen in de gezellige en hete sauna. Maar ook openbare fatsoensregels moeten in acht worden genomen en getoond.
Trouwens, ik heb een videoclip gemaakt van de halfnaakte mannelijke gast in het restaurant en de hotelmedewerker die op zijn zij staat met een shirt in zijn handen en probeert de man ervan te overtuigen het aan te trekken. Nadat ik het op TikTok heb geplaatst, is het in twee uur tijd wereldwijd meer dan 5000 keer bekeken!

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

Ik vind het ontwerp heel geweldig. Ik kwam hier in de winter, het is goed, vrij koud. De locatie voor andere aranya attracties zijn niet op wandelbare afstand, maar u kunt altijd gratis onbeperkte ritten direct naar de locatie met het hotelpersoneel. Het hele concept van Aranya is bijzonder. Oké, de hal is cool en mooi. Ik heb de party kamer gereserveerd die gemakkelijk geschikt is voor 8 personen. Scenario is niets, maar het is comfortabel, als je meer dan vier mensen blijven, herinner je om meer handdoeken voor douche te vragen, slechts 1 toilet beschikbaar. Pas op je hoofd, iedereen klopte op hun hoofden toen hij naar bed ging zoals in de foto. De warmer is super efficiënt... we zweten in de winter im kamer.

帶孩子來廊坊比賽，定了中規中矩的酒店，房間不大，衞生還可以，窗户好小，房間裏超級熱，可能由於是北方的關係，不知道是有暖氣還是啥，空調都沒開，開着窗户依舊超級熱，短袖睡覺都需要扇扇子，感覺不是和舒服，一點排風換氣都沒有，這點對於南方來的朋友很不友好，一直在喝冰水降温

We're already planning to bring the family back for another vacation once it gets warmer in Beijing. We chose a package that included a buffet dinner, and the spread was excellent. Our D building room had a great view and a lovely terrace, and as soon as you opened the door, you saw the iconic Thaiwoo logo! Many thanks to the staff for their warm and helpful assistance.

MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

They've added a dedicated hotel lounge on the second floor of the 4-chair lift equipment hall, plus there's the 'Little Donkey Paradise' and the 'Mini Donkey' near the 4-chair lift. Free parking and discounted ski passes make it perfect for family trips (as long as it's not too windy!).
I always book either Pasture Hotel or Xue Lu Ju; the rooms are practically identical. The living room is great if you want to bring a hot pot for a cozy meal, and both hotels have hot springs – amazing!
This time, I booked a two-bedroom unit, which was very spacious. The only downsides were that one of the shower drains was completely clogged, forcing me to rush through a five-minute shower with water pooling around my feet. Also, one sink didn't have a soap dish, and the water was a bit cloudy.
The room wasn't very warm overall; we had to rely on both the AC and heater. Even with a humidifier running, it was incredibly dry, but that seems to be a common issue in Chongli, and there's no real solution for it.
Overall, I'd recommend it for families with kids.

GGuest User180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in was entirely self-service, quick and efficient. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was top-notch, with a warm and elegant atmosphere overall. Great value for money, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. It's just a few minutes' walk to Laohu Stone Beach, and you're right by the sea as soon as you step out, making it super convenient to watch the sunset 🌅.
