選擇了很多酒店，最後確定了石家莊白天鵝大酒店，談一下入住感受： 1．交通便利：近鄰石家莊站和地鐵3號線（出酒店40米），非常方便。 2．設施：酒店大廳寬敞明亮富麗堂皇，入住客房面積很大，床上用品舒適，燈具很好，入住有種老上海的感覺。 3．餐飲：中餐廳提供本幫菜等多樣化美食，自助早餐品種豐盛，就餐環境和服務很好。 4、服務：前台美女禮貌熱情，連住2天還給免費升級行政標間。每天還有一份果蔬。保潔人員服務細緻入微，這裏的服務真的超級好！！！ 5．性價比：價格適中，作為二線城市比在北京的入住感無論是房間設施、價位，還是服務態度都要好很多！！ 下次來石家莊，還來此入住，因為價格合適，服務態度好，地鐵3線到各景點旅遊轉換快捷方便！！

Very nice stay because the hotel is ideally located in the city center and there are many shops around, several bus stops and everything is very convenient. The room was okay, it would have been better with a better bathroom (separation for toilets and shower, the door with curtain for privacy in the room).

Service, personeel en prijs…. Alles is perfect! Ik heb vier dagen in dit geweldige hotel verbleven en was diep onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid en de kwaliteit van de service die het hotel bood. Van binnen en van buiten kraakhelder en de huishoudsters waren super behulpzaam en gastvrij! Ik kom zeker terug in de toekomst en raad het aan mijn vrienden aan die naar Shijiazhuang, China komen. Als ik iets moet zeggen dat verbeterd moet worden, zou ik willen voorstellen dat het hotelmanagement wat strenger is voor de gasten die halfnaakt in het restaurant zitten voor het ontbijtbuffet. Ik begrijp dat ze misschien gewoon naar buiten komen in de gezellige en hete sauna. Maar ook openbare fatsoensregels moeten in acht worden genomen en getoond. Trouwens, ik heb een videoclip gemaakt van de halfnaakte mannelijke gast in het restaurant en de hotelmedewerker die op zijn zij staat met een shirt in zijn handen en probeert de man ervan te overtuigen het aan te trekken. Nadat ik het op TikTok heb geplaatst, is het in twee uur tijd wereldwijd meer dan 5000 keer bekeken!

Good stay. Solid place. Easy and friendly check-in and check-out. Big room, clean and well-furnished bathroom. Spa on B1 level with huge hot bath and sauna free for guest use. Even a robe in the room. Great value. Only quibbles are carpet in room was grotty and some guests were smoking in room and spa.

很棒的酒店，雖然年生有點久，但是在房間裏感覺很新很舒服。 定的套房，風景還不錯，房間特別大，雙衞就很方便，有廳就是方便，會會朋友也不會把私隱暴露出來🤭。 酒店含早餐，還是很棒的。有煎蛋咖啡,板麪，豆腐腦，豆漿，都是新鮮熱乎的，十點才結束，點贊

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，衞生間寬敞明亮，整體感覺非常舒適。前台小妹們都很熱情，遇到諮詢問題也都會誠意滿滿地幫忙。 無數次路過邯鄲，都沒有停下來好好玩一玩，這次趁着過年有空帶着家人孩子一連住了好幾天，最重要的是這是一家寵物友好酒店，還可以放心的把家裡的小貓咪帶在身邊。

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

我們定的鐘點房 前台不僅提前不到二十分鐘打電話催我們退房 還説我們要是超時幾分鐘也按一小時給我們扣錢 水的問題 我們喝的是小瓶的水 每個酒店都是贈送免費的水 擺在桌子上 收費的水旁邊會有標簽標註 她這不僅沒有標註還扣我們兩瓶水的錢 而且前台態度真的非常不好！！！！！！！幹服務行業讓你幹出大姐的樣子來了 語氣超橫 看來你是老闆娘吧

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

帶孩子來廊坊比賽，定了中規中矩的酒店，房間不大，衞生還可以，窗户好小，房間裏超級熱，可能由於是北方的關係，不知道是有暖氣還是啥，空調都沒開，開着窗户依舊超級熱，短袖睡覺都需要扇扇子，感覺不是和舒服，一點排風換氣都沒有，這點對於南方來的朋友很不友好，一直在喝冰水降温
