Wat betreft het Ibis-hotel: na twee keer in een hotel vlakbij het treinstation te hebben verbleven, heb ik het opgegeven. Ik zal er waarschijnlijk niet meer verblijven, of ik nu rijk of arm ben.
Er is nooit water om je gezicht te wassen. De muren van de badkamer zijn ongelooflijk donker en vies.
De foto laat zien hoeveel water ik heb gebruikt om mijn gezicht te wassen en 's nachts te douchen. Ik voelde me doodziek.
Het is overal zo. Je kunt je voorstellen hoe moeilijk het is om te douchen.
Zelfs water is kostbaar in de woestijn.

Een prachtige, authentieke riad met een fantastische locatie – aan de rand van de medina, op een rustige plek, op slechts 3 minuten lopen van de parkeerplaats. De kingsize kamer is werkelijk kingsize, met houtsnijwerk en schilderijen zoals in musea, retro meubels, kroonluchters – absoluut adembenemend. De kamer is zeer ruim, met een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, getrakteerd op muntthee en koekjes, kregen een plattegrond van de medina en tips over de bezienswaardigheden. We genoten van een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt in de tuin, onder het genot van vogelzang. Het zwembad is klein, maar diep genoeg om in te zwemmen. Het dakterras is ook prachtig. We zijn het personeel van de riad zeer dankbaar.

Комната была большой с хорошей кроватью.

Ik vond het geweldig! Alles was perfect! Ik denk dat dit het beste hotel in Fez is! Het is schoon en gezellig, en het hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd. Het personeel biedt uitstekende service. De locatie is gunstig en 's nachts is het er rustig. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, met een ruime keuze en alles is heerlijk. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen!

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?

TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go.
