Could not travel due to legal marriage delay and informed them as they don't accept without certificate. They are not helpful and charged me even though I did not stay

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this hotel. From the outset, the reservation process was marred by inefficiency and confusion. When I needed to postpone my booking, the ordeal went from bad to worse. Despite reaching out to the customer service team, no one seemed genuinely willing to assist, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. The lack of support and communication has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering this establishment.

The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming from management and reception staff all to bill boy . The room and the suite very clean comfortable to stay in . Recommend it to happy travelers to try wander full experience

This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever. The staff is the cream of the crop and attend to your every need before you even ask, the sauna is world class, the indoor heated pool is simply a joy. The rooms have a distinct home feel with a balcony overlooking a serene natural environment with birds flying overhead.

Michlifen in Ifrane has to be the ultimate place to stay if you are in or around the Fez area. Tucked away up the mountains, surrounded by lush and green forest, is a place where one can relax, refresh, re-energise and being spoiled by highly trained and professional staff. I visited Michlifen for the second time now and I have to stay, this hotel, its staff, service and facilities are exceptional. Kudos to all staff who literally go above and beyond to make guests’ experience special and memorable. Happy man here 👌🏽

The hotel is beautiful set in an excellent location. I have 2 issues to raise. One is that the staff are very helpful but their English is a bit limited. The second issue which is more important is that the air conditioner in our room was not working and we reported it 3 times to the hotel. However although many promises were made the air conditioner was not fixed and we spent a miserable night in a very hot room. Our room number was 117. Deo Scerri

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The property is amazing. The food was very good and the service and fantastic. Felt welcomed and well taken care of even though I don’t speak French or Arabic. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me.

I left the hotel with mixed feelings!!! Happy that I had a PERFECT STAY, sad that I m going to miss such nice, kind, genuine, friendly… family-like employees!!!! Special thanks to Safaa with the kindest warmest welcome! Ayoub the best mixologist you could possibly have…. This guy does wonders with drinks… you could have any drink/cocktail you could imagine he makes it happen!!!! Salah at the pool! His genuine smile and positively in the morning brightens up your day! Housekeeping attention to details! And touch down even at like 10pm!!!!!!!!! This people and I am sure many more make up the resort’s excellent reputation!! To me they are 5 shining starts of this beautiful resort! Mille Merci à tous!

Horrible experience will never come here again. We had our wedding and came here straight after. We checked in at 1am with a large group of our friends. We all booked deluxe garden rooms. As the couple we checked in first and we asked for an upgrade. We wanted to PAY for this upgrade but they explained that they were completely booked. As in the hotel was full. We had 7 rooms booked all under the same amount and type but under different names. As it was a late night and we explained that we were the couple. They explained they were going to give us surprise they decorated the room with 4 red balloons and white flower petals. We were initially very happy and enjoyed the room. It’s a gorgeous hotel. The next day while we were enjoying our day with our friends. They showed us their garden deluxe rooms. They actually had been upgraded without asking into deluxe suites that have full living rooms 2 bathroom and a soaking tub. Two of our friends received these rooms.
I was so upset because they checked in not even 10 min after us, they did not ask and they booked the same room type as us. Why would the staff lie and intentionally ruin our wedding night: we even compared hotel receipts we payed 300 dirhams more for a ****tier room and 4 red balloons. I have never been more offended as a bride staying in a 5 star hotel. The lack of care to give two upgrades to our group and not us even when we asked. They knew we just had our freaking wedding and we’re choosing them.
