Uitstekende service Ik verbleef onlangs in het Hilton Garden Inn in Mumbai en mijn algehele ervaring was ronduit goed. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, was het personeel hartelijk, gastvrij en professioneel, waardoor het inchecken soepel en probleemloos verliep. De kamer was schoon, goed onderhouden en bood alle comfort die je van een Hilton-hotel mag verwachten.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Ik heb in vele 5-sterrenhotels en zelfs 6-sterren gebleven, maar dit hotel verdient 7-sterren ranking in termen van hun dienst, voorzieningen, management, kamerlayout en binnenplaats alles is gewoon meer dan perfect. In elk hotel vind je tenminste één fout, maar hier, nee, ze geven geen kans op teleurstelling. Ze zijn allemaal zeer professioneel en ik genoten echt mijn verblijf hier. En ik zal iedereen aanbevelen om naar dit hotel te gaan zonder een tweede gedachte. Bedankt voor alles heel speciaal.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in many hotel in Mumbai and this is one of the best. There gold lounge is the best premium lounge section.

Driesterrenhotel met vijfsterrenvoorzieningen en -service. Bij binnenkomst in het hotel was de receptie ruim, zoals in vier- of vijfsterrenhotels, met voldoende zitruimte en activiteiten om de tijd bij de receptie door te brengen. Het eten in het restaurant was ook lekker, met grote porties bij elk gerecht dat we bestelden en een redelijke prijs.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Spree Hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff were helpful and cordial. Only thing is that the restaurant closes off at 10:30pm in the night, which might make it difficult for guests checking in late at night to procure dinner. Breakfast spread was nice, there were a lot of options and food quality was maintained at a good standard.

馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。 壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住

Onlangs verbleef ik in het Marriott Mumbai en had een fantastische ervaring. De kamer was ruim, onberispelijk schoon en bood een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel deed haar uiterste best om een ​​comfortabel verblijf te garanderen en bood op elk moment uitstekende service.
