El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excelente ubicación, con transporte incluido desde el aeropuerto. Muy cerca del shopping mall y con muy buen servicio.

Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

Poca amabilidad del personal su ubicación es buena pero al estar ala lado contrario. Hay q dar vueltas no cuenta con una entrada al hotel ya q es peatonal y sus vecinos no son agradables

Het hotel ligt in een chique buurt van Bogotá, omringd door woongebouwen van zes of zeven verdiepingen. Op 5-8 minuten loopafstand vindt u een ruime keuze aan restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Koreaans eten, Amerikaanse hamburgers, barbecue). Het hotel zelf is schoon en netjes. Het enige minpuntje is een aanhoudende, onaangename geur die van de t****e verdieping komt 😭 (ik checkte in op 29 september in een suite op de t****e verdieping, maar besloot vandaag naar een hogere verdieping te verhuizen 😂). Het schoonmaakpersoneel maakt de kamer graag schoon 🥹. De receptiemedewerkers zijn gastvrij, proactief en spreken vloeiend Engels. Hotelontbijt: 85 van de 100, vooral gezien de warme lamssoep 😁. Ik heb de lunch van het hotel nog niet geprobeerd 😅. Diner (zoals op de foto): Chinese noedels met varkensvlees (teleurstellend qua varkensvleessmaak) met champagne, ongeveer 128.000 pesos ($230). Ik raad je aan om een ​​wandeling te maken om iets te eten te vinden 😅😆
