Overnachting tijdens een zakenreis. Zoals altijd onberispelijk, van de ontvangst tot de netheid, van de kamers tot het ontbijt. Alles was perfect. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Locatie op een steenworp afstand van de zee en het aquarium. Een aanrader.

Mooi hotel, gunstige locatie als je ten zuiden van Bologna moet verhuizen (maar ver van openbaar vervoer), vriendelijk en efficiënt personeel, schoon, goede wifi, goed ontbijt. Een typisch zakenhotel, de locatie is niets bijzonders, maar ver van te veel verkeersgebieden. Kamers zijn niet al te groot, maar er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Gratis minibar als u een superior kamer boekt.

I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work.
I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins.
All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza.

Een gerenommeerd 4-sterrenhotel in Riccione.
Dit jaar heb ik hier geboekt voor het lange weekend dat ik elk jaar met mijn zoon op de motor doorbreng.
De buitenkant van het hotel vertoont wat ouderdomssporen, en het verschil is nog duidelijker te zien in vergelijking met de buren, die onlangs een facelift hebben ondergaan.
De kamers zijn zeer goed onderhouden en het is een genot om gebruik te maken van het zwembad op de zevende verdieping.
Het ontbijt is eersteklas, maar wat dit hotel echt onderscheidt, is de hoffelijkheid en beleefdheid van het personeel.
Ik kom al bijna veertig jaar in Riccione en heb altijd de gastvrijheid van de inwoners van Riccione aan toeristen gewaardeerd, maar in het Nautico hebben ze me echt verbaasd. Beleefdheid, vriendelijkheid en aandacht van het inchecken tot het overhandigen van de kamersleutels. Eén woord: BRAVI!

Ho fatto un soggiorno con un’amica, posto molto bello, posizione ottima, camera con vista sul mare. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, siamo arrivate in treno con facilità, il ritorno per noi è stato un problema vista l’alluvione della notte, ma alla reception sono stati tutti gentilissimi e ci hanno aiutato a trovare il modo di tornare. Colazione squisita, c’è davvero di tutto. Servizi ottimi, super consigliato. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.
