Excellente rustige ligging op een prachtig domein met een prima service en klantgerichtheid door alle medewerkers.Het resort biedt je alle comfort en diverse mogelijkheden om je te ontspannen en te laten verwennen.

Our stay was simply delightful. Stunning surroundings, impeccable facilities, and top-notch service (Thank you Gustavo!). From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The villa rooms are just a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The pool and spa, added an extra level of comfort and relaxation to our stay. We also dined at the villa's restaurant, which exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning in the future.

This place is amazing. We got in late due to a malfunctioning GPS. Daniella and Valentina were awesome, and let us in after hours. The rooms are well appointed and good sized. The grounds are meticulous and we enjoyed the flamingos. Two pools, plenty of places to sit and have a drink. The restaurant is excellent as well. The bar manager Marco was super nice and helpful. He got us drinks when the bar should have been open, was a fountain of wine info, and just a pleasant person to visit with. Now keep in mind we arrived a few days after the heavy rains and flooding in town and the region. Most reservations were cancelled as they were full. We stayed an extra night here because of it. Overall, a wonderful place to kick back and relax. We will stay again, but for longer than two nights.

My wife and I were attending a wedding in the Villa Abbondanzi and decided to stay for another seven days. The receptionist was extremely helpful, and warned us that the hotel was fairly remote. We wanted a quiet break so that was OK. The hotel was busy on the night of the wedding and we could only get an upstairs room - nice room, but we are both disabled and the stairs were a challenge. They moved us into a ground floor suite the next day - clean and comfortable. Our only quibble is that it could have done with a table in the balcony/living room. We had planned to swim and relax but unfortunately the outdoor pools were closed. We had a nice swim in the Sensory pool (outdoor but heated) but this then also closed. So we made use of the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. A weird side effect was that the pool bars also closed and the main hotel had no bar - a hotel with no bar is a very odd concept. It didn't worry us but I can see it being a problem for some. But what a lovely place. There is a forest of magnificent, mature trees, a flamingo pool, a vegetable garden and storks nesting on the lampposts. Everything is clean and well kept. The Five Spoons (I forget the Italian name) is a very good fish restaurant, and the Pink Flamingo is very high class with a wonderful tasting menu - not cheap, but a bucket-list experience. Things may be different in the summer, but this hotel is perfect for a quiet break off season. The taxi service to the nearest town (Faenza) is inadequate but that's not the fault of the hotel. A final warning though - the lovely environment attracts flying insects as well as guests. Bring plenty mosquito repellant.

Although we stayed for only 1 night we were impressed by the service, the staff and the meal at the Cinque Cucchiai restaurant. Beautiful grounds with pink flamingoes and a golf course as part of the scenery.

You should respect the cancellation policy set forth during booking and provide a refund for nights that were not used due to an early departure. Please provide a refund to guest for nights that are not used.

After a trip for about 9 hours we arrived to this wonderful park and Villa. We were so happy to swim to the pool, have an excellent diner at the restaurant Cinque Cucchiai and have a nice rest. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. We will come back.
