位置很棒，停車場就在酒店對過，房間離海灘步行2分鐘，沙灘寬闊遊人很少，看到了最美日出。大陽台綠植環繞，很適合曬太陽。晚上比其他酒店安靜，雙淋浴可以同時洗澡。酒店貼心準備了三大瓶可飲用純凈水，和外出的編制包……喜歡圖盧姆從酒店開始。

We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

部屋まで波の音が聞こえるので大自然を感じる事が出来ます。 少し残念だったのが部屋のお水が有料だった事です。水道水は無料であったけど、ボトルウォーターも無料だとありがたかったです。 部屋からも海が眺められるので総合的にはとても満足しています。 蚊がたくさんで沢山噛まれてしまいましたので、虫除けスプレーなど持参がおすすめです。

The hotel is beautiful, very jungle like feeling, peaceful and quiet. Love the little cenote. Would be nice if there was a variety of food. Only 1 restaurant, small menu, and it opens 8am so you can't get coffee/tea. The rooms dont have anything to make tea/coffee, So you'd need to head out, there's a nice French bakery 5mins walk away. The location is a little remote but with a,scooter or atv you can get to the beach or town in 15-20mins.

Het is een fijne plek, handig als je de volgende dag naar het vliegveld moet. We verbleven maar één dag in het hotel. De service was geweldig, erg beleefd en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen. De check-in was om 15.00 uur, maar onze kamer was rond 13.30 uur klaar, dus dat was perfect voor ons. Je kunt lopend naar verschillende plekken, koffiebars, restaurants en Plaza Las Américas. Mijn enige probleem was de luchtvochtigheid; de kamer rook niet lekker, maar hij was wel schoon. Ik denk dat het door de luchtvochtigheid komt.

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

Waar moet ik beginnen? Daniel, Erik en de hele ploeg waren uitzonderlijk. SLS Cancun ligt in de jachthaven, waarschijnlijk de duurste en meest luxueuze plek in heel Cancun. Er zijn tal van restaurants en een groot winkelcentrum letterlijk 7-10 minuten lopen van het hotel. De jachthaven is geweldig met veel goede restaurants en betaalbare restaurants. Ik verbleef in een van de suites die toevallig 2 badkamers en een volledig uitzicht op de oceaan hebben. Het beste aan dit hotel en de omgeving (de jachthaven) is hoe privé, veilig (hoewel Cancun veilig is) en welvarend het gebied is. Ik noem het gebied klein Miami. Als je een luide, luidruchtige omgeving wilt, is dit niet de plek voor jou. Maar als je een beetje klasse wilt en dan het lawaaierige gebied in wilt rijden en terug wilt naar de rust, dan is SLS iets voor jou. Mensen betalen om naar het strand te komen, dus het is een privéstrand, maar uiteraard gratis voor hotelgasten, zodat je nooit een luidruchtige groep mensen zult zien. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf een auto gehuurd via het hotel zonder zelfs maar een aanbetaling aan het autobedrijf te betalen en uiteraard krijg je elke keer een parkeerservice. De jongens zijn attent en helpen je altijd graag. Vraag naar Daniel en Erik, die jongens zijn alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik zie je snel.

Het hotel is echt mooi. Ik boekte het met enige aarzeling, maar uiteindelijk was ik zeer tevreden. Faciliteiten: Eerlijk gezegd zijn de faciliteiten wat gedateerd. De airconditioning bij de receptie was niet koud (die van de kamer wel). De kamerfaciliteiten waren gedateerd. Op mijn eerste dag ontdekte ik dat de kraan het niet deed en dat verschillende gaten in de douchekop verstopt zaten, waardoor er water lekte. Schoonmaak: Erg schoon. Omgeving: Het hotel is erg mooi. Het heeft een eigen strand met fijn zand, veel parasols en genoeg plekken om te ontspannen. Er zijn vier hotels in het hotel, waarvan er twee reservering vereisen, en reserveren is over het algemeen gemakkelijk. Het hotel dat we boekten was redelijk goed, vooral het Sunset Restaurant. Het gegrilde vlees, de pasta en zelfs de salades waren allemaal bovengemiddeld. Service: Het personeel van Amigo was erg aardig. We hebben niet veel fooi gegeven, maar ze waren erg gastvrij en vriendelijk, ongeacht of je fooi gaf of niet.
