Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf in Bundchen Hotel tijdens deze reis. Omdat de reservering te laat was, heb ik per ongeluk het Bangchen Hotel gevonden. De prijs is betaalbaar. Hoewel het op enige afstand van Qingdao ligt, is het vervoer erg handig.
Na een verblijf van vier nachten vond ik de hotelomgeving erg goed, het sanitaire werk was erg goed en de service was bijzonder goed! Vooral het gastenservicecentrum en de conciërge hielpen ons heel snel met de vragen die we stelden en de vragen waarmee we hulp nodig hadden. Vooral op de dag voordat we vertrokken, omdat we te laat terugkwamen uit de stad, hielpen ze ons snel met het nemen van We hadden onze bagage op tijd klaar. We werden naar het overdrachtsgebied gestuurd en mochten onze terugvlucht halen. Ik was echt ontroerd en dankbaar.
De service van de obers in de ontbijtzaal was ook zeer attent, en mijn dochter vond het erg leuk.
Ik zal mijn vrienden zeker aanbevelen om in uw hotel te verblijven als ik de kans heb. Het duurt slechts minder dan tien minuten om naar de luchthaven te gaan, wat zo handig is.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect en de faciliteiten behoren tot de beste in Yantai. De service was ook ongelooflijk hartelijk en professioneel.
We hadden een bijzondere ervaring tijdens ons verblijf: mijn zoon liet per ongeluk een van zijn schoenen in een DiDi-taxi liggen en we konden de chauffeur moeilijk bereiken vanwege de taalbarrière. Gelukkig deed medewerker Dragon Xu er alles aan om ons te helpen. Hij communiceerde met de chauffeur, regelde dat de schoen werd opgehaald en regelde zelfs alle bijbehorende details en kosten met grote zorg.
Die schoen had een heel speciale betekenis voor ons gezin en we zijn hem enorm dankbaar voor zijn vriendelijkheid en toewijding. Dankzij deze ervaring zullen we de volgende keer dat we Yantai bezoeken zeker weer met nog meer plezier in het Pullman Yantai Center verblijven.

Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else.
The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts!
Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it.

This guesthouse is a real gem! The room design is superb, the double sofa by the window creates such a cozy atmosphere—perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and watching a movie in the evening. The value is phenomenal; at this price, it even includes a Tmall Genie smart home system, instantly elevating the stay experience. The best surprise is the elevator—no effort at all when carrying large luggage! The room was impeccably clean, spotless; the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location is also amazing—just a 3-minute walk to the attractions, making travel incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and even recommended a local gem for breakfast buns—delicious and affordable. Overall, a perfect experience, incredibly high value, a true hidden gem—I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Only some guys, break rule of smoking, they smoke in close area, its terrible smell. We unsmoke then headache with the smoke.

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

GGuest UserMy stay at The Westin Qingdao was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Nicky at the front desk! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her service was attentive and thoughtful; she proactively arranged a suitable room type for me and even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. She patiently assisted with any requests I had. The hotel's location is excellent, right near May Fourth Square, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere for my stay. I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful service throughout my visit. Choosing this hotel for my trip provided such peace of mind. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again, and my first choice will be to find Nicky!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

KKelvinTraveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

CcrystalagrawalThe hotel facilities and location are quite good; it's very close to the airport, with a connecting corridor to walk over. The cleanliness is excellent, and they offer an airport pick-up service, with a driver who was friendly and polite. My only real dissatisfaction was with the front desk. On the first night during check-in, with two adults and two young children (3 years old & 6 months), the staff member looked unhappy, didn't greet us, and immediately asked if we had booked two rooms. I even said hello and explained I had booked a family suite. After check-out, they kept sending messages daily, for several days, asking for a good review, even pre-writing it for me and asking for a screenshot as proof. This forced request for a good review was really off-putting. Originally, I was very satisfied with the hotel's hardware, cleanliness, and the driver, and intended to give a five-star review, but this, combined with the sour-faced check-in, really diminished my good impression by half.
Also, regarding the pick-up service, more attention to detail would be appreciated. After discussing my flight number via WeChat, and knowing I was arriving internationally, they directed me to the domestic arrivals. This meant walking from one end of the airport to the other. The whole point of getting a pick-up was because we had a lot of luggage and two kids; if I had to walk that far, I might as well have walked to the hotel myself.
