"Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf in Bundchen Hotel tijdens deze reis. Omdat de reservering te laat was, heb ik per ongeluk het Bangchen Hotel gevonden. De prijs is betaalbaar. Hoewel het op enige afstand van Qingdao ligt, is het vervoer erg handig. Na een verblijf van vier nachten vond ik de hotelomgeving erg goed, het sanitaire werk was erg goed en de service was bijzonder goed! Vooral het gastenservicecentrum en de conciërge hielpen ons heel snel met de vragen die we stelden en de vragen waarmee we hulp nodig hadden. Vooral op de dag voordat we vertrokken, omdat we te laat terugkwamen uit de stad, hielpen ze ons snel met het nemen van We hadden onze bagage op tijd klaar. We werden naar het overdrachtsgebied gestuurd en mochten onze terugvlucht halen. Ik was echt ontroerd en dankbaar. De service van de obers in de ontbijtzaal was ook zeer attent, en mijn dochter vond het erg leuk. Ik zal mijn vrienden zeker aanbevelen om in uw hotel te verblijven als ik de kans heb. Het duurt slechts minder dan tien minuten om naar de luchthaven te gaan, wat zo handig is."

"Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient. The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus! Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too. All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command. But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom."

"As a traveler from faraway Brazil, when I first arrived in China, I fell into a physical predicament due to not getting acclimated to the local conditions. Severe vomiting and diarrhea left me completely drained of strength. In my flurry, my clothes and the bedspread were soiled as well. When I was at my most helpless, the young man at the front desk of Atour Hotel in Dezhou extended a helping hand. He not only accompanied me to the hospital attentively, helping me consult the doctor and get the medicine, but also silently took care of everything while I was seeking medical treatment. When I returned to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my dirty clothes had been washed and dried, and the bed sheets and covers had been replaced with clean and tidy new ones. This warmth that transcends national boundaries made me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were at home in a foreign land. "This hotel was above my expectations, first of all for a 4 star hotel the price was very reasonable and secondly the room was very big and clean, thirdly the location was very good and accessible to many eateries, Wanda square was also just about 1.5 kms from this hotel, I will surely come again and stay in this hotel !"

"Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant."

"Mijn verblijf in Qingdao was een ware verrassing. Ik had lage verwachtingen voordat ik incheckte, maar zodra ik de deur opendeed, ontvouwde zich een adembenemend uitzicht voor mijn ogen – een werkelijk weids uitzicht over zowel het Vierde Meiplein als het Olympisch Zeilcentrum (zie afbeeldingen 1-3). De hoteleigenaar vertelde me attent dat ik op zonnige dagen de zonsopgang vanuit mijn kamer kon zien. Hoewel de aanhoudende regen tijdens de nationale feestdag een beetje tegenviel, had ik het geluk dat ik op de vierde dag bij zonsopgang een korte, zachte oranje-rode gloed zag, een welkome afwisseling. De kamer zelf was ook erg prettig en schoner dan ik had verwacht. De hoteleigenaar was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en attent. Al mijn vragen werden altijd snel en proactief beantwoord, waardoor ik me op mijn gemak voelde. Als ik ooit nog eens naar Qingdao zou terugkeren, zou dit ongetwijfeld mijn eerste keuze zijn. Qingdao is echt een charmante stad, met uitstekend eten, drinken en leuke activiteiten. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven."

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a shopping district, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, and easily accessible by taxi. It's suitable for both sightseeing and short business trips. Upon arrival, the concierge staff proactively helped with my luggage, their attitude gentle and polite. The lobby is simply and elegantly decorated, with a light and pleasant fragrance, no pungent odors, and a spacious, comfortable feel. The waiting area is clean and tidy. Check-in at the front desk was quick; the staff patiently verified my information, explained breakfast times, room facilities, and nearby sightseeing routes in detail, and even thoughtfully provided complimentary drinking water. The service was impeccable, without any perfunctory attitude. The guest room was the biggest surprise of the trip. The cleanliness was impeccable. The floors, tabletops, and windowsills were dust-free. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the mirror, shower area, and toilet were all spotless, without water stains or odors. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie on. The room was excellently soundproofed; noise from the hallway and street was barely audible, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Hot water was plentiful and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel was well-equipped with smart lighting, a projector TV, and charging outlets – thoughtful details indeed. The housekeeping staff provided meticulous cleaning daily, promptly replenished bottled water and tissues, and were available on demand for any additional needs. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a well-stocked buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including Chinese pastries, Western baked goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and hot soups and porridge, all with fresh flavors. Free laundry facilities are available in public areas."

"The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices. The receptionist Maggie Wu was very helpful, thank you!"

"Ik heb een speciale reis gemaakt om de berg Tai te beklimmen. Het hotel ligt niet ver van Taishan Station en Hongmen, dus het is erg handig. Het algehele verblijf was goed. Pluspunten: Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de gerechten zijn vers. Het is geschikt om na het ontbijt te gaan wandelen. Het hotel biedt gratis wandelstokken, wat goed is. De man bij de receptie, Zong Chao, heeft een warme houding. Nadelen: Ik weet niet zeker of het hotel in een oud gebouw is gerenoveerd. De geluidsisolatie van de kamergang is slecht en er zijn harde geluiden wanneer gasten die 's nachts de berg Tai beklimmen 's avonds vertrekken en' s ochtends terugkomen. Het wordt aanbevolen dat het hotel waarschuwingsborden in de gang plaatst, of oordopjes en dergelijke verstrekt."
