Qingdao Haitian Hotel

De jonge dame bij de receptie, Zhang Yahui, is zeer gastvrij, erg mooi, legt geduldig elk kamertype en faciliteiten uit, enz. Het hotel is erg nieuw en ruim, met een prachtig uitzicht.

Dit hotel is goed gelegen, met uitzicht op de zee. Vooral de service is zeer attent.De servicespecialist Zhang Yahui is erg zorgzaam en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

De timi shi-service van de conciërge is erg goed! erg tevreden

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :) We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed. It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room. Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Thank you!

Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The city view room was great - spacious and a view of the ocean, city and mountain. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great service, clean room and comfortable bed. Location is great for travellers, walkable distance to May Fourth Plaza. Big thanks to Zoe Han who upgraded our room and provided excellent service. Will stay here again if we come to Qingdao next time.
