"We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. It is clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The room is spacious, and the bed sheets, pillows, and mattress are very comfortable and well maintained. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the water pressure is good. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are also well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which is perfect for shopping, and there are many great dining options nearby. Area for improvement: The hairdryer is quite small and not very powerful, so it takes a long time to dry long hair."

"The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the overall guest experience. Room 501"

"Always a good time at Sheraton. This time I had the time to use the gym, tho small it has enough threadmills. Swimming pool is lovely in the evening too."

"De kamer is ok en schoon, de prijs is redelijk, maar er is geen keuze voor het ontbijt, de prijs komt niet overeen met het aangeboden menu, het is te duur. En voor de betaling van het ontbijt voor de kinderen is het het verstrekte eten niet waard, er is geen keuze voor het ontbijt..."

"The management needs improvement. Even the simplest check-in process can go wrong. Our two-night stay was reduced to one night, and we were even called and asked why we didn’t check out on time. We explained the situation to the hotel management, but they never called us back. After that, We were so nervous that we thought the hotel had thrown our things out, so we rushed back to the hotel to deal with it. They didn’t even an apology."

"We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green .. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and just next to the shopping mall."

"The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience."

"Both left and right are surrounded by either pub or karaoke lounge. Not recommended if need a peaceful stay & good night sleep. However, it has good basement car parks to ensure safety parking. Hopefully the hotel will do better sound proof to all windows especially all superior rooms."
