De bedden waren comfortabel en de kamer was ruim. De locatie is geweldig – niet te ver van de oude stad.
Helaas kregen we maar één grote en één kleine handdoek voor twee personen, en er waren geen badhanddoeken.
De douche had een lage waterdruk en de gaten voor de douchekop leken gedeeltelijk verstopt.

The location is very good, very close to the central area. The room is large, the overall environment is good, it has a Spanish style and the service is very good. The disadvantage is that the hot water is not hot enough.

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

Ik verbleef een maand in januari 2024 in Residence Inn Merida. Ik was erg tevreden over de locatie en de service. Het ligt vlakbij de Galleria Mall, Costco en een grote supermarkt. Je kunt bus R72 nemen naar het centrum van Merida, wat erg handig is als je geen auto hebt of niet wilt rijden. De kamer is schoon en voorzien van een complete keuken. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Het personeel bij de receptie is ook behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons geholpen met het regelen van twee privédagtrips naar Maya-sites en cenotes. Het enige wat ik zou aanraden, is de kwaliteit te verbeteren en meer keuzemogelijkheden aan het ontbijt toe te voegen. Er zijn niet veel verschillende ontbijtvarianten. De koelkast maakt 's nachts een beetje lawaai.

No esta claro el tema del pago, hice la reserva hace 2 días y en el hotel me dicen que no tienen contacto con ustedes y no les han enviado ningún pago. Hice un boucher adicional de “garantía” y lo van ejecutar si ustes no se comunican.
Por favor denme una explicación de esto, cuando hice la reserva no me indicaron que iba a ser así

Muy buen hotel y ubicación, sólo por ahí les agradeceré el reembolso de mi cancelación de los días 24 de junio, te marqué por equivocación e hice la cancelación, ya ven que retome aunque no me habían reembolsado el día correcto que fue 24 de mayo, todo muy bien, gracias agradezco a la empresa trip

位於大廣場，plaza saint lucia一條線的saint ana廣場邊上，房主還經營着hotel casa maya，扣款賬號用hotel。房主非常有品味，自住在主人房，客房三間裝修做酒店用，管家和廚師都會為你服務。三間房都很漂亮，公共空間巨大敞開休息，二樓房間帶有陽台。唯一不足是雙人床，不是King queen bed！

Хороший отель в самом центре Мериды. И в тоже время тихий номер. Обслуживание великолепное. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Завтраки обильные. В фойе по утрам предлагают (бесплатно) горячий кофе. Вай-фай работал отлично! Имеется сейф в номере.
В номере нет фена, но видимо это особенность всех местных отелей.
Напротив ресторан местной кухни. Но лучше пройтись до Меркадо и там поесть вкусную местную еду. Мы с удовольствием провели время.

Ask to have a room far from the lobby! Ours was very close and very noisy, we couldn't sleep until after midnight and got woken up before 6. When they speak it seems as if they're in your room and in the night they listen to music with phone at max volume

XXiqueermamaI really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

NNikkilaoshiService was great we arrived almost 8pm. Be aware we did not stay at the address listed but there are 3 properties 2 mins walking to each other. We arrived at the address and there was a sign with a number to call or contact on WhatsApp. They answered quickly and came to get us and our luggage to checkin at the main building then led us to the other (3rd location). Our room room was small but clean. The pool in our building was the biggest but there was leaves inside looked unmaintained but not gross…fairly clean. There was a little “kitchen” with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker which looked like it hasn’t been used in a long time before getting to the pool…there were 2 sets of chairs at the pool. Now at the main building the complimentary continental breakfast was fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee. The optional buffet was 190 pesos and WELL worth it many options and delicious. The main building pol was very cute and we loved the complimentary “steam bath” which is a steam room with shower heads…need to let them know 10 mins before to preheat it. They also helped arrange our excursion to cenotes which was cheaper than we saw elsewhere. We communicated thru WhatsApp no complaints I’d stay here again….we struggled with hot water often it was lukewarm but apparently that’s a thing in this area. It’s close enough to the popular area called “centro” about a 25 min walk and 10 mins to the US consulate

CcliffofloveHotel rooms, gyms and top floor infinity pool facilities are very new, the hotel area is also very quiet, there are delicious restaurants nearby, walking to centro historico about 2km. The room is very spacious and a family of four is quite loose! During the Christmas period, the restaurant on the first floor has a Christmas band singing, and the atmosphere is full.

GGuest UserNot far from the Chichen Itza Pyramid Scenic Area, the hotel has a car to and from, and the driver is very friendly, and also drives us to the authentic restaurant in the town for dinner, no extra charges or tipping.
Hotel facilities are good, there is a large pool.
Breakfast is in the front yard of the hotel, not a buffet, but it is delicious and full. But give a tip.
The restaurant dinner is not bad, Mexican food is not expensive.

AAnonymous UserOne of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.

TTwinriverI stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.
