Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam ligt in het hart van Rotterdam, op 5 min. rijden van Holland Casino Rotterdam en Witte de Withstraat. Dit hotel ligt op 1,9 km van Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen en op 2,7 km van Euromast.

Dagelijks kun je tegen betaling genieten van een lekker ontbijtbuffet, dat geserveerd wordt van 08.00 uur tot 11.00 uur.
Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn een 24-uurs receptie, een bagageopslagruimte en koffie/thee in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Ter plaatse heb je parkeerplaatsen.
Doe of je thuis bent in één van de 36 klimaatgeregelde kamers. Er is gratis wifi op de kamer als je op het internet wilt surfen. Badkamers beschikken over een douche, gratis toiletartikelen en haardrogers. De kamers worden op verzoek schoongemaakt, en een strijkplank/strijkijzer kun je aanvragen.

Kamer kleiner dan verwacht en geen raam die open kan, warmte was er niet uit te krijgen.
Buitenplaats mag wel gezelliger gemaakt worden.
Ik zou het wel eerder een hostel noemen dan hotel.
S'nachts ging het brandalarm af om half 3. Hoe hier door de werkneemster mee om werd gegaan schandalig. Liet ons gewoon in de hal staan liep ons zo voorbij zonder wat te zeggen. Na half uur 3 kwartier kwam een mede gast vertellen dat het vals alarm was.
Door de warmte geen oog meer dicht gedaan en bij uitchecken nog geen eens een excuus.
Dit was 1 keer en nooit weer."

Ttraveler leeThe location is great, about a 6-minute walk from the central station. It's also within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. We had a wonderful trip in Rotterdam!

RRay72Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

GGuest UserNH hotels usually offer a certain level of reliability, and this one is pretty central. You can walk to the city center and nearby attractions within 10-15 minutes. The hotel breakfast is also quite good, and if you opt out of room cleaning, you can redeem a complimentary drink of your choice at the bar.

GGuest UserOur initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers.
The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring!
The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

The food is delicious, and having champagne at breakfast is really chic. 🥂👌. Location, the sea view and the peace are priceless! High professional level in every aspect.

NNimodongIt's a mixed bag. On the upside, it's within walking distance of the train station, and the price is decent. Plus, there's a pedestrian street downstairs with lots of food options. The downsides are that the 'economy' room feels like an afterthought, a leftover space from other rooms. The layout is really odd, the room is small, and it definitely doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The tea station was so badly designed that the kettle couldn't even sit flat. To top it off, the kettle was dusty and still had cold water left by the previous guest, clearly showing that this part hadn't been cleaned at all. The public area on the second floor is a highlight though; it's very pretty, a good spot to relax if you don't want to stay in your room.

First bed:
I book a single double although the room is single double room for sure, the bed is combine by two single beds, there was even a hole between two beds, when I told the staff about this, she just told me she can’t fix this problem, until they shift to another staff, despite that he help me to fix the problem but it already the last three days of my stay!
Second shower system: the bath system is also shitty! Water either extremely hot or cold, and the staff doesn’t figure out how to fix the problem, until my last 4 days staying! Eventually I got cold after I ‘m back in the UK!
Third heating: the heating should be a centralised one, but the staff didn’t figure out how to fix it or turn on it,they even give me a portable one instead, the voltage often overload because the heating, and lights in the room, and it is also one of the reasons I got cold.
Last lights: the lights is very dark in the room!
I’m quite disappointed my stay, the hostel should increase the training of their staff also the facilities, fix the problem of heating and shower system! I will never book this hostel again.
