I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

Mooi hotel op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Nette kamer. Zwembad, sauna en sporten op grote hoogte met schitterend uitzicht. Heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Tallinn. The breakfast was great, with the highlight being the freshly made omelettes right in front of you – a nice touch. The sauna was relaxing, although the shower could have been colder for proper contrast therapy. Staff were professional and well-trained, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The hotel also has direct access to the casino, which is convenient for those who enjoy gambling and contributes positively to the local economy. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good amenities and service.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

Fantastische kamer met uitstekende bed, vooral de badkamer was zeer luxe met hele mooie materialen. Prima schoonmaak. Spa en zwembad ook heel goed, alleen de sauna kon warmer. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. Dicht bij het centrum, op loopafstand. Geen enkele twijfel om weer te boeken. Personeel was prima, sommigen wat zakelijk.

Er zijn geen airconditioners, erg stofig, achter het warmtevenster 27 graden. Het gebouw is volledig hersteld, wat ook zijn onbeleefdheid veroorzaakt. Het ontbijt is zeer weinig. De bananen op het ontbijt waren al zwart. Personeel aardig, spa-excellent, gratis water in de kamer. Hier alleen voor het spa, als je gewoon stoppen voor de nacht, is het beter om een andere optie te overwegen.
