Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if casino is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

It’s a good hotel with friendly staff who really do their best to ensure guests have a good stay. Although, the rooms are abit small and the AC’s electricity might get cut off suddenly. Owners should look into making sure amenities and facilities are improved to ensure guests have a more comfortable stay.

酒店應該是在一個村子裏麪，附近難得有一個這麼漂亮的酒店，就是周圍環境差了點。樓頂的西餐廳和酒吧也很棒，服務員都很熱情！

第一次和朋友來藍毗尼，沒想到遇到這麼精品的酒店，食物種類很多，當地餐、中國餐、印度餐…很多可選的，房間面積超大，最重要，服務特別貼心，超五星好評，我們回加德滿都時因為沒有及時買票，當天機票售罄，第二天還要回國，心急如焚，酒店餐廳經理各種想辦法為我們聯繫，最後讓當地的一位司機帶我們回去，雖然路程坎坷，半夜安全達到，司機大哥敬業、滿眼疲憊又要趕回去，內疚感動又心疼，特別感動！！尼泊爾人民太好了，下次還要再來！

Newly opened Hotel with nice Amenities ,Staff and Outlooking Views Overall the City. Very central situated .

Boutique Hotel Lacoul inn is a Nice place to stay while you are visiting Bhairahawa, Sunauli boarder and Lumbini. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. On site Restaurante provide selection of food n beverage. I feel home like home.

Hotel is nicely and located very close to the birthplace of the Lord of Buddha Nice Restaurant

The hotel facilities are good and it's very clean. However, their English isn't great, and it took a long time to explain that we had booked through Trip.com. Despite that, their service attitude was very friendly.
