The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.
The room was quite small, in the typical Ibis style, which was fine. However, there wasn't enough space for luggage.
I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The female staff member on duty did not seem welcoming or willing to assist. She asked me to wait during check-in without explaining the reason, and her facial expression appeared unhappy throughout the interaction. In my opinion, she would be better suited for a back-office role rather than front-of-house, as she does not represent the level of service expected at the reception.
It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.
Wat een redding! Het hotel (Dalin) dat ik had geboekt, was gesloten en je kunt je mijn frustratie voorstellen toen ik om 1 uur 's nachts in Riyadh aankwam. Gelukkig kwam het Mira Hotel te hulp!! Geweldige locatie en supergrote kamers!! Ik zal hier zeker weer verblijven als ik weer in de stad ben.
Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.
Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which makes a big difference given the Riyadh heat. The staff were warm and welcoming - great hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also impressive with a good selection of both local and international options. We found the location quite convenient as there was a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The only drawback was the entrance, which is slightly tucked away in what looked like an alley, so it can be a bit confusing to spot at first!
But, a great stay overall. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Riyadh.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was very rich. The room is not particularly big, but it is ok. The location is good, there is a subway station downstairs, McDonald's and some other local restaurants and small supermarkets not far away, and it is not far from the city center.
별별따러갈사람들Friendly staff. The accommodation was great. The bathroom was clean, and the lockers were big and had keys. Towels were provided. There was shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. The kitchen was available for use, and there was a spacious living room to relax in, plus a yard for exercise. Nearby, there's a big supermarket and Al Baik, as well as restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.
