Kamer ruim en redelijk comfortabel, hoewel we moesten vragen om dekens die niet waren verstrekt, geen waterkoker. Informatie over het hotel en de faciliteiten ervan moet beschikbaar zijn voor de gasten in de kamer. Ik moest de receptie bellen, maar er werd geen nummer weergegeven. Grote teleurstelling voor de toegang tot de SPA, waarvoor betalend werd (in voorgaande jaren was de SPA inbegrepen) en deze informatie verschijnt niet op de website van het hotel. En helaas heb ik dit hotel gekozen om te genieten van een moment van welzijn met vrienden. Registratie van nieuwkomers duurt te lang! We wachtten 30 minuten (2 koppels voor ons) om naar de receptie te gaan. Ondanks de netheid van het etablis*****t en het gastvrije personeel, zullen we niet terugkeren naar dit etablis*****t dat bepaalde negatieve punten moet verbeteren (geen toiletten in het restaurant, je moet naar de kelder gaan...)

Goede locatie. En redelijk in het centrum met de beste eetgelegenheden om de hoek. En aan het station. Waar je met de trein de cinquente terre kan bezoeken. Verder zijn de kamers schoon. Grote bedden en is er een airco.
Enige minpuntje is het geluid wat de treinen veroorzaken. Dit wordt in de nacht wel minder. Maar zoals ik al zei is het ook een voordeel om aan het station te zitten.
De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Bel wel even voordat je komt omdat de medewerkers niet altijd aanwezig zijn. Ook wordt de locatie niet correct weergegeven op google maps. Hou daarom het treinstation aan.

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked.
The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

La camera ha una ottima vista per il mare, ci siamo piaciuti tantissimo. Camera pulita e abbastanza silenziosa, ristorante della hotel con prezzi buoni e anche cibi buoni. consiglio proprio!!!!

Het hotel was erg goed, schone kamers en een uitstekende locatie ten opzichte van alle voorzieningen. Parkeren was gratis en direct voor het hotel, aangezien het naast een winkelcentrum ligt.
Het centrum en het strand zijn op korte loopafstand.
Ik zou er zeker nog eens verblijven 😀

Lo que NO me gustó es que hasta que no está hecha la reserva no aparece en ningún sitio que si vas a llegar más tarde de las 21h tienes que llamar al alojamiento. Lo que SI me gustó es que el chico vino a recibirnos a las 21:30h para darnos el código de la puerta y cobrarnos la tasa turística. También hizo foto de nuestra documentación...
El hotel está en pleno centro, lo que es una ventaja.
Lo peor es el aparcamiento en la zona, es prácticamente necesario tirar de parking incluso por la noche, fuera de horas de estacionamiento regulado.

GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

CCliffoBGreat location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony.
The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :)
Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

GGuest UserThe location is excllent if you like walking along the sea-coast. Though, despite the quiet location and no outside noice, you can hear all sounds from inside (the hotel floor) when you are in your room anticipating relax and privacy. Moreover, in case there is a connecting door in your room, be sure to hear every little sound from your neighbour like they are in the same room with you - that was a huge disappointment. Also, all chats from the corridor, vacuum cleaners and music from the nearby rooms - literally everything. The cleaning was excellent. The breakfast board offers a wide choice. The ladies at the receptin are super friendly and supportive!

I thought it was too late. The boss replied in seconds and said that I could go back and open the door remotely.

TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

DDomantasOur vacation was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The central location of the hotel was another plus point, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and private beaches. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation!

AAnna864I liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1. I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night.

The breakfast is simple but decent. The underground parking lot is spacious.
It is a good value hotel; there is a gas station right next to the hotel and a large supermarket, Eselunga, behind it.

RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.
