Hotels met zwembad in Osaka

Have had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived. Nanami san is also a very nice girl! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2026❤️

My wife and I stayed in the King Premium room for 2 nights in April 2025. We loved the location of the hotel. It is 5 mins walk from Osaka station and surrounded by many shopping malls so you will never go hungry or run out of things to buy. It is also very convenient to make day trips since Osaka station connects to nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, Kyoto and Himeji. We also loved the size of the room (40m^2) and the toilet. There was more than enough space to fully open 2 luggage bags. There were also 2 separate sofas which you could sit in. The only thing we thought could have been improved on was the reception as no one offered to bring our luggage bags up to our room. Great room and location, service could’ve been improved.

We have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

Over het algemeen is alles in de kamer makkelijk te gebruiken en in goede staat. Je kunt je drankje in de koelkast zetten. Hoewel ik het daarna vergat…. De service was professioneel. Jammer dat alle kamers met een mooi uitzicht (uitzicht op de rivier) bezet zijn, wat jammer is, we moeten vijf dagen lang naar het uitzicht op de stadslichten kijken. Er zijn veel 24-uurswinkels in de buurt. Vrij makkelijk om de dingen te krijgen die je wilt. De chauffeurs van de shuttlebussen zijn superieur. Ze zijn buitengewoon aardig en behulpzaam. Groeten aan hen en begroeten de mensen die voor het hotel staan.

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.  There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the  refrigerator is not cold enough.

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Faciliteiten: Een gerenommeerd luxe hotel, onlangs gerenoveerd en zeer goed afgewerkt. Het gehele pand is ruim, wat duidt op een zeer grootschalig hotel. Schoonmaak: Schoon en hygiënisch; geen stof op de vensterbank. Omgeving: De kelderverdieping biedt directe toegang tot het metrostation, wat erg handig is. Er is ook een 7-Eleven direct onder het hotel, wat erg handig is. Service: Voldoet aan de normen van luxe hotels. Suggesties: 1. Er zijn waarschijnlijk veel Chinese gasten in het hotel; overal zouden borden in het Chinees moeten zijn. Ik moest tijdens het inchecken in gebrekkig Engels met de receptie communiceren. Jammer dat ik het traditionele Japanse ontbijt dat me werd aangeboden niet kon gebruiken, omdat ik het niet kon vinden. 2. Japan heeft strenge rookregels; het hotel zou meer aangewezen rookruimtes moeten bieden. Momenteel is er slechts één kleine rookkamer op de eerste verdieping, vlakbij trap C, en er staat vaak een wachtrij. 3. Japan hanteert een bezetting per persoon. Er was al een kindertandenborstel in mijn kamer, wat aangeeft dat ze wisten dat we met z'n drieën waren. Waarom zouden ze geen extra set handdoeken en badlakens meegeven? Al met al een goed verblijf; een aanrader.

Excellent location above Osaka Takashimaya, linked to Namba Station directly by lift. Getting to the hotel was abit confusing using google maps until we figured it out. Overall their location makes for ease of shopping & convenient offload the bags in the hotel room. The check in desk was very professional & the bath tub was European size (we booked twin beds). Of the 3 hotels that we booked in Osaka (&Here Namba, Universal Port Vita, Swissotel), Swissotel was the only hotel that could read & execute our consistent requests to push the twin beds together so our toddler could sleep in the middle. Thumbs up for their professionalism. There was also a pair of kid slippers laid out for our kid. There is a friendly hotel bar (free entry, subject to opening hours in afternoon) on level 9 that allows one to play retro video games like Mario & board games etc. Our kid throughly enjoyed their hotel bar games. As Swissôtel is a business hotel, there is no water pitcher in the room & no ice dispenser room. The toilet is a combined one-room facility. However, the rooms are quiet, the water pressure is great & everyone slept really well. Thanks Swissotel

Ik ben blij dat ik voor het Sheraton heb gekozen. Het is schoon en netjes en het vervoer is handig. Je kunt de luchthavenbus vlak voor het hotel nemen. Station Osaka Uehommachi ligt ook voor het hotel. Beneden is een grote supermarkt van het hotel, en er is ook FamilyMart ernaast. Het is ook erg handig om eten te kopen. Ik vind het nog steeds geweldig dat een hotelkamer zo groot kan zijn in zo'n welvarend gebied. Een gezin van drie boekte een kamer voor drie personen, wat perfect is als je overdag moe bent kan 's nachts apart liggen Relax in groot lettertype. Het hotel wordt eens in de drie dagen schoongemaakt. Aangezien het in Japan lastig is om afval weg te gooien, heb ik veel vuilniszakken meegenomen. Als het afval goed wordt verpakt, doet hygiëne er niet toe en is het acceptabel.

You can’t beat this kind of place. Cheap and cheerful. One cheerful guy at front desk for sure is Ryo Sakamoto. Every time I went to the front desk, he would smile more. It seems like all guests make him smile.
