Have had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived. Nanami san is also a very nice girl! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2026❤️

We booked this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic — it’s directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station via the B2-level underground walkway. There are also endless shopping spots along Shinsaibashi-suji. The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new and modern. Highly recommend for a special occasion in Osaka!

Ik heb een zeer comfortabel verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was verrassend ruim en bood voldoende plaats om te ontspannen. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om te helpen met alles wat ik nodig had, wat de ervaring nog beter maakte. De locatie is ook fantastisch – dicht bij alles, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom, een uitstekende keuze voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en aangenaam verblijf.

De faciliteiten in de kamer waren goed, maar we waren teleurgesteld dat we niet 1 uur eerder mochten inchecken, ook al waren we eerder bij het hotel aangekomen. We wilden lekker uitrusten na een lange vlucht vanuit Singapore.

Toen we op oudejaarsavond bij het hotel aankwamen, duurde het 10 minuten om uit het Nanhai Express Xinjin Station te stappen en te lopen. Een gezin van vier boekte een kamer voor 3 personen. Drie bedden zijn ruim voldoende voor vier personen. De kamer heeft een Japans standaardformaat, de badkamer is compleet en de baddiepte is voldoende. Helaas had mijn zus die dag hoge koorts, dus vroeg ze de volgende ochtend naar de receptie en ging naar het dichtstbijzijnde Kino****a-ziekenhuis, wat eigenlijk een kliniek was. Het bleek dat ik was opgenomen in de B-stroom... dus ik heb 5 dagen en 4 nachten doorgebracht zonder honderd stappen te verlaten, en heb 4 dagen hard uitgerust in het hotel. Gedurende deze periode zijn we overgestapt naar een kamer met een iets betere oriëntatie. Ramen zijn een van de weinige die geopend kunnen worden in Japanse hotels, dus je kunt ze elke dag openen voor ventilatie. Hoewel onze kamer op de derde verdieping was, was het superhandig en snel om de lift naar de lobby te nemen om water, wegwerpservies, vochtige doekjes, gratis afternoon tea, gratis late night ramen, gratis ijs, gratis koffie en sap te halen , en gratis bier, cocktails en sake. Omdat ik een half jaar geleden in een B&B in het achtergebouw verbleef, heb ik, wat mij de vorige keer opviel, specifiek dit hotel geboekt. We werden niet teleurgesteld, het grootste deel van de reis werd doorgebracht in B-stream, maar dankzij het hotel konden we goed uitrusten. Wacht tot ik de volgende keer kom genieten van de gratis natuurlijke warmwaterbron♨️

Location, room size and amenities are acceptable. But the service from the counter staff is really not up to standard. She served a Caucasian couple first despite that they came after us. Secondly. My wife and my toddler were handling 3 big luggages as I was parking my car. Absolutely no help was rendered to them despite there was a hotel staff standing infront. Chose not to provide any help. My wife requested help and yet she was responded with a ”You can use the luggage trolley over there. And please return to this floor after use.” So now we have to be our own bell boy now? Paying hefy room prices for such uncompassionate service. A lady with a toddler was seeking help and it was not reciprocated with a hint of kindness and empathy from the hotel staff. 2 star hotel service would be better than them!

I rarely stay hotel in Japan, but this is one of the most iconic stay I had in Japan. Enjoying breakfast with Osaka Castle is a must and something ritual that I will appreciate. The breakfast variety is good, and they serve fresh omelette.

I got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is. The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.

Ik verbleef voor de t****e keer in dit hotel en was onder de indruk van de constante kwaliteit. De kamer was brandschoon en goed uitgerust met moderne faciliteiten, wat zorgde voor een comfortabel verblijf. De locatie is zeer gunstig, met gemakkelijke toegang tot nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Het personeel was hoffelijk en attent en bood uitstekende service tijdens mijn verblijf. Mijn enige klacht is dat de melkautomaat vaak uitverkocht was, wat een klein ongemak was. Over het algemeen biedt het hotel een prettige en betrouwbare ervaring, waardoor het een uitstekende keuze is voor reizigers. Ik zou zeker overwegen om terug te keren voor een toekomstig verblijf.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.
