Have had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived. Nanami san is also a very nice girl! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2026❤️

Ik heb in het Oriental Hotel Universal City gebleven en een comfortabele algemene ervaring. De locatie is zeker de highlightjust stappen van Universal Studios Japan en omringd door veel restaurants en winkels, die alles zeer comfortabel maakten. De kamer was schoon, ruime vergeleken met typische stadshotels, en de bedden waren comfortabel. De inrichting voelde zich een beetje dateren in sommige gebieden, maar alles werkte goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk en handig, en de check-in was soepel. Over het algemeen is het een goede keuze als u de VS bezoekt en comfort en comfort wilt zonder te veel fantasie. Ik zou hier weer blijven voor een toekomstig park bezoek.

Ik ging 8 dagen naar Japan en verbleef hier 4 nachten. Het was erg handig en de hotelfaciliteiten zijn ook zeer geavanceerd. Locatie: uitstekend. Vanaf de luchthaven Kansai kunt u Haruka nemen naar station Tennoji, dat slechts 5 haltes verwijderd is van station Tennoji op de Tananicho-lijn. Het hotel ligt op slechts 2 haltes van Umeda en het is ook erg handig om naar Shinsaibashi te gaan. Het hotel ligt schuin tegenover het metrostation, aan de rechterkant aan de overkant van het metrostation. Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het kasteel van Osaka, heel dichtbij, volg gewoon Google maps. Faciliteiten en diensten: De servicegerichtheid is zeer goed. We zijn geen Chinees sprekende receptie tegengekomen, maar Engels was geen probleem. Om nog maar te zwijgen: er is geen service, u kunt zelf in- en uitchecken. Als u het zelf niet aankunt, is de receptie ook bereid om te helpen kinderwagen en paraplu van het hotel. We zijn drie dagen naar Kyoto en Kobe geweest en hebben onze grote bagage direct in het hotel opgeslagen omdat we hier weer zouden verblijven als we terugkeerden naar Osaka. Bij de liftingang liggen huidverzorgingsproducten, dus neem deze zelf mee. Je kunt het hotelontbijt proberen, maar het is meer aan te raden om naar de op houtskool gebrande koffie naast het hotel te gaan, haha~ Kamer: Elke dag gaan we vroeg weg en komen laat terug, en ze zijn altijd schoon als we terugkomen. Ik hou van de föhn in het hotel. Hij is van Refa en is supercomfortabel. Ik wilde naar het winkelcentrum om er een te kopen en hem terug te brengen, dus ik besloot dat niet te doen. Het bed en de kussens moeten voldoende zacht en stevig zijn, en vergeet niet een luchtbevochtiger aan te zetten, anders kunt u door uitdroging een bloedneus krijgen. Het kasteel van Osaka is te zien aan het einde van de gang boven de 14e verdieping van het hotel.

De faciliteiten in de kamer waren goed, maar we waren teleurgesteld dat we niet 1 uur eerder mochten inchecken, ook al waren we eerder bij het hotel aangekomen. We wilden lekker uitrusten na een lange vlucht vanuit Singapore.

De locatie is uitstekend, de lobby bevindt zich direct bij de uitgang van JR Universal Studios Station, het dichtstbijzijnde hotel. Hoewel de ouder-kindkamer klein is, is deze zeer comfortabel en geschikt om met een gezin van drie op reis te gaan, elk van de drie personen heeft een bed en kan heerlijk uitrusten! De SPA-badkamer op de bovenste verdieping is zeer hygiënisch en rustgevend en ontspannend! In- en uitchecken is erg handig, aan iedereen aanbevolen.

Ideally located near the station, this hotel offers superb convenience. The service is warm and dedicated, with exceptional dining that delights. Rooms are pristine and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. A fantastic option for travelers seeking quality and ease.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.

Het is erg handig om alleen te wonen. Eenpersoonskamers in Japan zijn allemaal kleine ruimtes zoals deze. Het ligt dicht bij het metrostation, er zijn niet veel mensen en het is 's nachts erg rustig. Ik heb er een paar dagen verbleven en de service was prima.
