3-Starhotels in Orlando

I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!

Uitstekende locatie en erg handig voor iedereen die Universal Studios bezoekt. Zwembaden zijn een must en het hotel is over het algemeen erg vriendelijk. Hoogtepunten: luchthavenshuttle (betaald, Universal ShuttleStar), busvervoer naar Citywalk de hele dag om de paar minuten (inbegrepen), vroege toegang tot het park (inbegrepen), zwembaden open tot 22.00 uur, markt en Starbucks in de lobby. En het grootste pluspunt voor mij was het feit dat ze geen strikte incheckregel hebben: zolang ze een kamer beschikbaar hebben, kun je inchecken (als je op gekke uren met kinderen reist, maakt dit alles het verschil!). Het personeel is geweldig, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ondanks dat het hotel altijd erg druk is. Kamers zijn schoon - je krijgt niet elke dag service, maar je kunt alles vragen en ze laten je aan je deur staan. Nogmaals, ondanks dat het hotel erg druk was en overal kinderen renden, was alles te allen tijde schoon. Zal zeker weer verblijven.

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3D2N but we keep extending. As I’m typing this review I am considering to extend 1 more day. This hotel has shuttle buses to the Disney land and Universal Studio! Just opposite the hotel it’s the premium outlets!

Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando.

Het hotel is gunstig gelegen. Ze serveren een goed ontbijt en het is erg leuk voor kinderen omdat ze hun eigen Mickey Mouse-wafels kunnen maken. Het hotel is wat ouder, maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bijna al het personeel spreekt Spaans.

Good location. It's in between Disney and Universal so it's good for travellers who are going to both aforementioned attractions. It even has shuttle bus service!

We liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included. Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

Aangekomen en de koelkast werkte niet, noch was de afstandsbediening van de tv. Er kwam onderhoud, de koelkast stond uit en de afstandsbediening had batterijen nodig. Klaar. Toen ging ik mijn tanden poetsen en het water lekte in de kast. Opnieuw onderhoud gebeld en ze zeiden dat ze de volgende dag zouden repareren. Ging de shuttle naar Universal nemen. De bus was te laat en rook naar benzine. Kwam ons ook laat ophalen. Het ontbijt was heel eenvoudig en niets om over naar huis te schrijven. De receptionist bij de receptie was erg stil en onvriendelijk. Al met al zou het niet aanbevelen, maar de locatie was goed.
