SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

The inside and outside are clean, and the food is good.

We had the Superior King suite, the room was great, clean lots of towels. We arrived early unfortunately they could not accommodate that, but they held our bags and waked us over to an area(gym) unlocked it so we could fill out water bottles and relax. When we went to check in about 20 minutes early the wonderful lady that helped us earlier was busy. So a young man started checking us in. He said there were no King rooms available, did we need a King. I said it's what we prefer and walla a room was available. WEIRD. He checked us in, and didn't say anything, I had to ask when breakfast was what the WiFi was and details about the shuttle. Service for pizza and drinks at the bar in the lobby was great. Breakfast was good lots of choices, even fresh fruit. We went out for the day and the chambermaid was right outside our room doing the room next door, we said to her we are going out so go ahead and clean anytime. 22 hrs later we return to dirty towels on the floor etc. She didn't do our room. They have the best nice rooms but clearly are not training the staff

The faucet in the room was loose and difficult to use , AC temp control was not working properly The room was large and good , the room coffee maker was unusable, everything else was average

The hotel is clean and near to Disney with free shuttle bus provided. The breakfast here has a lot of varieties.

There were crumbs on the couch. Yellow stain on bed sheet. Sloppy cleaning overall.

Got there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay.

This is place was clean but it charges $29 for parking a car !! It was not disclosed in the room rate. Also I stayed during Memorial Day weekend and the check in line were almost out the door with only 2 service people working. Long lines and check in was not seamless as other surrounding hotels. Also, The shared hallways smelled like dead animals.
