4-Starhotels in East Java, Indonesia

Het hotel ligt vlak bij de oude stad. De kamers zijn prima, maar de geluidsisolatie is niet erg goed. Je hoort de douche en het toilet naast je doorspoelen. Het ontbijt op het terras is vrij uniek, maar de verlichting is wat slecht. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

Kamarnya super bersih, besar.. Staff ramah. Kamar yg dipilih tipe SUITE 2 bedroom, sangat cocok untuk family. Proses check in dan check out juga cepat. Kebetulan saya dapat kamar nomer 1111 dan 1211. Jadi akses masuk kamar bisa dari lantai 11 dan lantai 12. Lantai atas (12) dan bawah (11) tipe kamar suite dihubungkan oleh tangga di dalam kamar. Ini bukan Mezzanine ya. Betulan 2 kamar, jd kamar atas ada pintu, kamar mandi, mini kulkas tersendiri. Begitu pula lantai bawah ada tersendiri kamar mandi dan mini kulkasnya. Lantai bawah (11) ada sofa dan meja makan. Lengkap pokoknya. AC sangat dingin karena di lantai bawah ada 2 AC. Jd meski kamar besar, suhu dingin tetap tersuplai dengan baik. Lantai 1 (Lobby) ada Parigie Coffee & Pastry, Indomaret. Lantai 2 ada Food Station, House of Wok. Jadi tidak perlu bingung untuk urusan kuliner. Akses Lift juga cepat karena dibedakan untuk lantai genap dan ganjil. Jadi betul2 nyaman tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk lift.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Geweldige locatie. Hoewel je tijdens piekmomenten vast kunt zitten in de file op weg naar het hotel, wat begrijpelijk is aangezien het in het centrum ligt. De kamer is groot en ruim. Er zijn veel verschillende tv-kanalen om je te vermaken (zo'n 50 internationale kanalen en een paar lokale). Het enige nadeel is dat de vloer van het toilet wat glad kan zijn als het nat is, en er zijn weinig stopcontacten in de kamer. Daarom moet je ofwel een verlengsnoer meenemen of de lampen uit het stopcontact halen om je apparaten op te laden.

Beveel hier ten zeerste een verblijf aan, een 5-sterrenhotel dat zeer geschikt is voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar genezing in de omgeving van Surabaya

Ik boekte het hotel voor één nacht als tussenstop bij aankomst in Indonesië. Ik kwam met de taxi aan en pakte de volgende dag de trein. Ik koos dit hotel vanwege de ligging vlakbij het treinstation. Het was makkelijk voor mij om naar het station te lopen, hoewel het verkeer erg druk is en er niet altijd stabiele wandelpaden zijn - het was prima voor mij, omdat ik een rugzak bij me had, maar het zou niet erg begaanbaar zijn voor iemand met grotere bagage. Ik verbleef er nog een nacht toen ik met de trein terugkwam en vervolgens het land uitvloog. Het hotel was fijn, het personeel vriendelijk. Op mijn eerste avond kwam ik laat in de avond aan en kon ik vegetarisch eten bestellen via de roomservice. Op mijn t****e avond heb ik buiten de deur gegeten in het winkelcentrum naast het hotel. De kamer is schoon en comfortabel. Ik waardeerde het feit dat er een bad was. Ook vond ik het fijn dat er geen plastic flessen water waren; elke kamer heeft een kan en je kunt water halen uit de dispenser op de gang. Ik had geen tijd om het zwembad uit te proberen. Het restaurant serveert 's ochtends een ontbijtbuffet met een selectie aan Aziatische en Westerse gerechten. Sommige gerechten kunnen à la minute worden klaargemaakt, zodat u zich de hele dag goed kunt voeden.

We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short trip. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here. Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu. The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)
