"房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。 有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。 第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"Spacious room with high ceiling facing bamboo forest. Hot spring facility is opened only from 1pm to 10pm. Need swim cap if you intend to swim. 5min walk from Bamboo Forest entrance. Nice getaway. Hotel restaurant is lousy, but there's few choices around."

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。"

"De omgeving van Meike is erg mooi. Wel een minpuntje dat we deze keer niet lekker gewandeld hebben vanwege de regen. De inrichting van het interieur is erg populair bij baby's. Er is veel ruimte boven en beneden, en het weken zwembad in de kamer is ook groot, schoon en heeft een warme watertemperatuur. Het is ook erg goed; de service is over het algemeen erg goed en de obers kunnen het initiatief nemen om ons vriendelijk te begroeten. Er zijn kleine tekortkomingen in de service Gedurende het hele proces. Zo kan het personeel van de pendelbusservice niet op tijd communiceren als er zich situaties voordoen tijdens het verbindingsproces, waardoor we langdurig aan de slag zijn. De patiënt en de baby moesten 10 minuten wachten in de koude wind, maar het hotel Ik heb het daarna op tijd afgehandeld; de catering van het hotel was niets bijzonders en behoorlijk bevredigend. Ik hoop dat ze wat Liyang-specialiteiten kunnen toevoegen."

"環境：超級好，去的時候正當櫻花盛開，卡丁車開在櫻花大道，美翻了。 衞生：阿姨打掃的很乾凈，有泳池有私湯。 服務：老闆超好！！！有應必答，帶着我們挖筍，撿雞蛋！ 設施：民宿裏有卡丁車、桌球桌、電玩、ktv，畫重點、都是免費的。 走的時候還送了伴手禮，值得再去"

"熊貓🐼翠竹園賓館超出預期，特別值得表揚的是服務周到。去的時候正好是春節前的淡季，晚上吃飯的時候就我們倆人，餐廳比較冷。於是服務員就安排到包間，聽着水晶燈的叮叮噹噹的聲音，感覺很開心。此外，賓館就在天目湖景區邊上，繞着賓館裏走一圈，感覺很閑適，偷得浮生半日閑。"

"Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang."

"帶狗狗出行，這家老闆很熱情，老闆倆兒子也很可愛，邀請我們在他們家的泳池游泳，還想讓狗狗也下去遊，我沒好意思哈哈哈哈。一樓還能打桌球，早餐也很營養，燒麥雞蛋玉米豆漿粥，都是老闆娘做的，好吃。放心，我家狗狗是洗完澡來的😁😁😁"
