"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! "💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools."

"為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！"

"酒店處在一片田園之中，面積很大，有湖有田有橋有花花還有小童樂園，很適合帶小孩子來玩。房間很大，温泉室外池子有十多個，晚上泡的也有好些人。管家小魏提前一天加了微信，事先告知了在水墨樓辦理入住併發了詳細定位，服務很好，因為是清明假期第一天，當天滿房了，管家小魏給留了高樓層的房間。酒店停車方便，南門口還有快充充電樁。"

"環境：風格簡約乾淨，空調提前幫忙打開，整體體驗沒有任何問題 服務：朋友隱形眼鏡液沒帶，老闆還幫忙送了一小瓶自己的，非常感謝 早餐：有雞蛋水餃粥類粗糧 乾淨簡單 缺點：冬季上山，游泳池和户外設施沒開放。房間門外的小湯池也不好用非常冷，除非是一直加熱的。但是湯池蓋子可以蓋住了泡，沒有加熱也容易降温，或者做其他升級。 要不然實際體驗就是：良好的環境服務+乾淨的早餐+良好的住宿環境，其他額外附值的東西 冬天根本不能用，價格快小一千，夏天這個價格剛剛好，冬天性價比屬實有點不高，7-800還能接受，畢竟位置偏僻，各處需要成本。 冬天夜晚還有一些活動圍爐煮茶放煙花，但是抵達超過十點也會錯過了，冬天着實淒涼"

"De omgeving van Meike is erg mooi. Wel een minpuntje dat we deze keer niet lekker gewandeld hebben vanwege de regen. De inrichting van het interieur is erg populair bij baby's. Er is veel ruimte boven en beneden, en het weken zwembad in de kamer is ook groot, schoon en heeft een warme watertemperatuur. Het is ook erg goed; de service is over het algemeen erg goed en de obers kunnen het initiatief nemen om ons vriendelijk te begroeten. Er zijn kleine tekortkomingen in de service Gedurende het hele proces. Zo kan het personeel van de pendelbusservice niet op tijd communiceren als er zich situaties voordoen tijdens het verbindingsproces, waardoor we langdurig aan de slag zijn. De patiënt en de baby moesten 10 minuten wachten in de koude wind, maar het hotel Ik heb het daarna op tijd afgehandeld; de catering van het hotel was niets bijzonders en behoorlijk bevredigend. Ik hoop dat ze wat Liyang-specialiteiten kunnen toevoegen."
