環境：風格簡約乾淨，空調提前幫忙打開，整體體驗沒有任何問題 服務：朋友隱形眼鏡液沒帶，老闆還幫忙送了一小瓶自己的，非常感謝 早餐：有雞蛋水餃粥類粗糧 乾淨簡單 缺點：冬季上山，游泳池和户外設施沒開放。房間門外的小湯池也不好用非常冷，除非是一直加熱的。但是湯池蓋子可以蓋住了泡，沒有加熱也容易降温，或者做其他升級。 要不然實際體驗就是：良好的環境服務+乾淨的早餐+良好的住宿環境，其他額外附值的東西 冬天根本不能用，價格快小一千，夏天這個價格剛剛好，冬天性價比屬實有點不高，7-800還能接受，畢竟位置偏僻，各處需要成本。 冬天夜晚還有一些活動圍爐煮茶放煙花，但是抵達超過十點也會錯過了，冬天着實淒涼

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

整個親子行程體驗比想象的好很多誒～一開始打電話給前台問一些問題感覺前台非常不專業，感覺可能這個度假村不大行，結果實際體驗下來倒是還不錯的～ 管家是艾力，提前加了微信，也非常及時回覆我們所有的問題～雖然別墅區去哪裡都要接駁車，但是基本都不需要等，提前幾分鐘羣裏説一聲，很快就到了～ 度假村裡活動很豐富，手作有幾種選擇，很快就能做好，含金量比較低，我們做了扇子，錯過也不可惜～ 馬路隔壁牧場蠻可愛的，有小羊，羊駝還有小兔子，可以買胡蘿蔔喂～ 松果酒店門口有個無動力遊樂場，週六下午小盆友挺多的，小盆友們都玩得很開心～ 蹦床樂園衹能兩個人進，小朋友也很喜歡，説第二天還想去😂😂 温泉我們是晚上去的，裏面人不是很多，竟然還有麻將池，牌是齊的，還能直接搓麻將，真的滑稽。。 我們定的別墅兩居室真的太適合帶小孩來了，兩個小朋友都玩瘋，如果天熱一點還有個單獨的游泳池可以用，就更完美了！ 下次再來吧哈哈～
