We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

"Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! "Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.
On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"環境很幽靜，酒店小而美，週末陽光明媚時感覺自己置身世外桃源。房間的浴缸泡澡很舒服，各類服務也一應俱全，基本上給管家發個微信馬上就得到回覆了，很貼心。我們週末延遲到兩點退房，在房間裏自己打麻將玩，頗有古人飲茶賞景之遺風，內心非常平靜愉悦。
不過有一點待提升：第一，山地自行車建議替換或增設普通自行車，方便客人直接上手使用。我們去的時候山地車涉及調速等問題，我個人感覺沒騎過的有點危險。有一輛貌似壞了，我們無法使用。
另，初春的景色可能不如夏天明媚，但可以帶來祥和和希望的喜悦。不過可能不是所有人都喜歡，照片僅供參考。"

Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

XXiaribingxue酒店是小型的高檔酒店，房間設施非常好，設計也很別緻。服務也可以。服務人員大部分應該都是本地人，很親切，像回家。特別是温泉的徐姐，真的很好很好，泡温泉期間一直在為我們端茶送水送毛巾送水果，真的太好了！謝謝啊！温泉很乾凈，就是有點冷囧，女更衣室需要一個地墊，不然換衣服的時候腳冷。
有幾個小建議：
1.餐廳上菜用的盤子在大冬天的時候需要加熱一下，不然菜很快就冷了，廚房出餐口味好，但冬天吃冷菜不舒服。
2.早餐收桌是否可以別把推車推到客人身邊，一邊吃飯一邊看着一車殘羹剩飯和臟盤子是實在倒胃口。如果可以用託盤收臟盤子會比較雅觀，並且餐廳場地其實不大，並不會增加多少工作量。
3.冬季走廊的空調要調温暖一點，並且經過走廊的服務員要注意關好和户外相連的門。
4.房間裏紙巾不夠用，洗手枱旁邊沒有紙巾，最好增加一個方便客人使用。
5.歐舒丹的洗髮水和護法素真的一如既往地差……可以感到酒店是想為客人提供優質洗護用品的，但歐舒丹真的，讓人無力吐槽🙄額。
6.酒店的小酒吧裏沒服務員，無法點到，想喝酒和咖啡沒喝到……🤷♀️
當然，服務人員工作都很主動很熱情，就是作為一家小型的精品酒店，一些細節可以做得更好一些。
總的來説是家不錯的酒店。

NNRWHJZ房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。
有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。
第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。

CChongchongxiaoqiuDe omgeving van Meike is erg mooi. Wel een minpuntje dat we deze keer niet lekker gewandeld hebben vanwege de regen. De inrichting van het interieur is erg populair bij baby's. Er is veel ruimte boven en beneden, en het weken zwembad in de kamer is ook groot, schoon en heeft een warme watertemperatuur. Het is ook erg goed; de service is over het algemeen erg goed en de obers kunnen het initiatief nemen om ons vriendelijk te begroeten. Er zijn kleine tekortkomingen in de service Gedurende het hele proces. Zo kan het personeel van de pendelbusservice niet op tijd communiceren als er zich situaties voordoen tijdens het verbindingsproces, waardoor we langdurig aan de slag zijn. De patiënt en de baby moesten 10 minuten wachten in de koude wind, maar het hotel Ik heb het daarna op tijd afgehandeld; de catering van het hotel was niets bijzonders en behoorlijk bevredigend. Ik hoop dat ze wat Liyang-specialiteiten kunnen toevoegen.

GGastgebruiker與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
