"Traveling during the off-season, we were upgraded to a lake view room with excellent natural light from two sides. This was our first trip with our 10-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Auntie Zhou Yulan was so enthusiastic at breakfast, she saw we had a baby and helped us with coffee. When I was changing with the baby by myself in the hot spring area, a staff member proactively helped me hold the baby. The uncle at the infinity pool saw we had a baby and were taking photos, and didn't insist we wear swimming caps. The shuttle service was very responsive and quick whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Auntie Shi Xuemei even stopped for us near the peacocks so we could take photos with the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"We traveled during the off-peak May Day holiday, so there weren't many people and the experience was great. When we checked in, we saw that we brought a child with us, so we upgraded to a parent-child room for free. A staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The parent-child room was spacious and had a small slide. The window faced the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the view was great. Except for the largest outdoor hot spring, which was not open, all the others were open, and the children had a lot of fun. There was also a movie theater, gym, and children's playground next to it. You can register a small card per person at the front desk, and you can go to the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area for free from 5pm to 6:30pm. We had dinner at the hotel, with three dishes for two adults and one child, and the price was very affordable.
