The hotel is located in the 5A-rated Tianmu Lake tourist area, surrounded by the lake on three sides and nestled against the mountains. The environment is serene and peaceful, and our room was quiet at night, far from the city's hustle and bustle, creating an amazing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, very friendly, polite, and responsive. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes with fresh ingredients that catered to most tastes. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money and a true gem for a relaxing getaway in Tianmu Lake. We'd definitely come back again!"
HENTIQUE RESORT TIANMU LAKE
"The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them. However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance."

Locatie: het is een resort dus je gaat de meeste tijd doorbrengen op het resort terrein. We hebben 3 dagen 2 nachten geboekt en de tijd was genoeg om alles te onderzoeken. Nice scenery. Verblijfsmiddelen: in ons pakket zijn slechts enkele activiteiten opgenomen, dus het zal afhangen van uw pakket. Het pakket was verwarrend en we wisten niet precies alle activiteiten die gratis of extra kosten waren. De ontvangst bij check-in had dit allemaal moeten verklaren bij check-in, maar misschien zijn ze niet getraind, of misschien omdat onze accommodatie bij pinecone wordt beschouwd als 4 sterren, zodat ze lagere kwaliteit personeel gebruikten. Alles gratis is een beetje laag en de service was slecht, behalve voor de ambachtsdame die ons een wechat app voor het hotel waar gratis activiteit voucher kan worden gevonden.
