"This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is very popular with corporate and school events. Room given has problem with the socket points the 2nd night of staying. Reception offered to change room but we decided to just let them help with charging our phones. Breakfast spread is quite limited."

"房間訂的大床房，設施比較新，床頭的燈也很有創意，還有一個露天陽台。酒店位置就在南山竹海A區停車場裏面，步行去南山竹海景區和御水温泉都非常方便。大床房兩個人剛好，我們帶了一個三歲小朋友稍稍有點擠。房間桌子太矮，也沒有椅子，我們帶的東西多就沒有地方放；另外插座也有點少，電視那一排牆面一個插座都沒有；床底絮絮較多，建議後續加強衞生。"

"春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。 不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方： 1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。 2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。 3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。 4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。 5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。 第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。"

"The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!"

"The location is perfect. It is just next to Tianmu Lake Park. The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. The hotel even gave us an upgrade so that we have a wonderful lake view right from our bed. The breakfast is good too."

"Zoals de gezondheid is beschreven, is het eerste dag van de verblijfsduur zo geregeld. Een voor één, de personeelsdienst is goed, weet ik dat ik naar het ziekenhuis ben gecontroleerd nadat de wormen me hebben gedood en het hotel betaalt, maar het runderenhoofd naar het ziekenhuis om een jaarverlof te vragen, dat is niet het standaard voor ziekteverlof, het runderenhoofd, Dus alstublieft, het hotel is hier nog steeds beter."
