Hotels in Train Station Area, Nice

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en handig, vooral Esther, ze was geduldig en verwacht wat ik zal vragen/behoefte voordat ik het vraag! Het is een geweldige locatie, een straat achter Gare Nice Ville en naast de hoofd High Street. Grote basiskamp voor dagreizen! De kamer is fatsoenlijk en comfortabel. Koffie en thee beschikbaar in het ontbijtgebied.

Room is small for  a family of three.  No space to turn after rolling out the sofa bed.  Smaller than expected, room size is 29sqm on website.  Not  expect to service charge for housekeeping, like asking for spoons or adapter to room. Guests need Need to collect them in person at counters at free.    Wonder if it is a four star hotel. But in general Staff is nice and the location is superb.

De plek is centraal en mooi. Aardige, vriendelijke mensen, ik raad ze zeker aan. Omdat het mijn eerste keer was, was ik verrast, maar bedankt voor het verblijf, ik zou het zeker weer boeken.

Dit hotel is echt geweldig, de prijs is goed en het is groot, en de ervaring is erg goed. Al met al vind ik dit hotel erg leuk. De prijs is laag en de kwaliteit is hoog, en de service bij de receptie is ook erg Goed

A great 4 nights stay at the Mercure Centre Notre Dame Nice late Sept 2024. The check in was a bit confusing as we booked and paid for a double Privilege room and we were assigned to a standard twin room. I came back immediately to reception and the swap was performed. The room was well equipped and the cleaning teams were very efficient. The breakfast food was average as we have had to ask for replenishment of some of the dishes. The choices of hot food were very limited. The staff at reception were very helpful to book taxi for us.

Bonjour En fait nous avons eu plusieurs soucis dans notre chambre: La climatisation réversible était défectueuse  lLa fenêtre donnant sur la rue présentait un jour sur le côté et du coup nous entendions tout le bruit extérieur La femme de ménage a commencé à faire du bruit dans le couloir des 7h du matin un dimanche ( et pour finir le ménage n a pas été fait puisque lorsque nous sommes revenus vers 14h30 à l hôtel la chambre n était pas faite alors que nous avions mis la pancarte sur la porte / j ai du demander un jeu de serviettes propres ) La télévision était en train de se décrocher du mur  Un des murs de la chambre était totalement délabré  La tablette de la salle de bain était complètement gonflée par l humidité et devenait inutilisable  Nous n avions pas d eau chaude le dimanche matin  Après avoir signalé tous ces faits le dimanche, la Direction de l hôtel nous a offert le petit déjeuner le lundi matin  Mais on nous a rien remboursé car nous étions passé par une plate-forme externe de réservation  Aussi je demande à Trip.com de baisser en vouloir nous rembourser une des deux nuitées payées car franchement nous n avons Pas bien dormi et nous avons eu froid  En vous remerciant

Nice room, quite snug especially with two big luggages. Room is old but can see patches of minimal refurbishing done to the bathroom. Was skeptical due to other comments about bathroom smell but wasn’t an issue for our room. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of selection and decent price compared to having breakfast elsewhere. Love the complementary coffee whenever the restaurant is open.

The hotel is like 4 mins walk to the Nice Ville train station and 15 mins walk for the old town so it’s very convenient for me. Also the room is spacious and clean. The complimentary coffee and bottled waters throughout the day with unlimited supply was a plus ! Recommended .

Het is erg schoon en makkelijk toegankelijk. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam, een echte aanrader
