Mijn gezin van drie verbleef één nacht in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, waren we meteen onder de indruk van de inrichting. De lobby bevindt zich op de 10e verdieping en het personeel checkte ons snel in. Onze kamer, gelegen op de 8e verdieping, was helder verlicht met een overwegend groene kleurstelling die erg ontspannend was. De kamer had ook een ultramodern slim spraakbedieningssysteem en een projectie-tv! De kamer was rookvrij, schoon en minimalistisch van design. Vooral de douchekop in de badkamer was indrukwekkend; die had een aangename, krachtige uitstraling. 👍🏼 Het ontbijtbuffet was ook uitstekend. Niet alleen was het eten uitgebreid, maar ook de inrichting van het restaurant was prachtig! Dit hotel biedt een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en overtreft zelfs hotels die meer dan ¥1.000 kosten! Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

The owner was very kind; she helped me carry my things. I slipped and fell on the rainy day because of the puddles, which initially put me in a bad mood, but her help made me feel much better. Our family of three was booked into the hotel's family room for 2 nights & the room was well appointed with all expected amenities & was very clean. The surrounding areas was convenient with lots of food options. There's an array of snacks & drink options available at the lobby area & is a welcomed respite from the cold weather outside. The breakfast spread was extensive & contains both east / west bites. Recommended for families travelling to & from this beautiful city.

If you like street food this is a good option for you. It’s situated near the kunming night market. The whole 12 th floor of a commercial building is converted into hotel rooms. It’s tricky to find. The DiDi driver left me at the entrance of the night market which is a km away. That’s DIDis fault. The hotel manager is very nice and helpful. The projector TV is fun for music videos.

It rained for three days straight in Kunming, but I finally got to enjoy socks without worry at this hotel! The washer and dryer were even better than mine at home; I could wash my socks at night and wear them the next morning. The lady at the breakfast noodle stall saw me hesitating over my bowl and promptly prepared a local-style version for me – it smelled amazing! The large window in my room faced a lush green area; with the window closed, it was as quiet as a library. The receptionist was always smiling as she passed by, and when I asked for directions, she drew me a hand-drawn map – her handwriting was messy, but incredibly useful. The delivery robot could take the elevator by itself; I bumped into it several times in the hallway, and it always seemed to know the way better than I did. The bedding was so soft you didn't want to move. I stayed three nights, and every day when I came back, the towels were neatly folded, and they'd even coiled up the charging cable I'd left on the table – a detail-oriented person's delight. Oh, and the freshly brewed coffee in the lobby was delicious, just as good as Luckin Coffee. I sat by the revolving door with my paper cup, watching the rain for half an hour – that's probably the relaxing feeling of traveling. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Kunming. It's rare to find a place where even someone as forgetful as me can be so well taken care of.

The room was nice and even had a pretty comfortable bed, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere (even on the bed linen and the towels). When I asked the receptionist if they could change my room or find a solution, they told me to just spray some air freshener. Also, I think it’d be great to provide some bottles of water like everywhere do.

We are a family of 3 adults and chose this hotel specifically for the 3 beds, proximity to the Metro and the night food street. Taking the Metro from the airport to this hotel is quite easy...just need a simple exchange & exit at Fude station followed by an interesting 6mins walk. The check in was easy & fast. The room was a surprise...quite spacious, very comfortable and the amenities were excellent! The night food street provided us with plenty of awesome food choices. The hotel has 2 washing machines & dryer...that close at 10pm and open at 830am. We like this hotel and we re-booked again for our last night before flying out of Kunming

We checked in around 9pm. I have put in special request twice, one specifically in the morning to request a higher floor room with good view. We end up at the lowest floor of the guest room with a construction site view. The construction site is very noisy and our room apparently we found that the windows could not be closed at the last day. The location around does not have much to do so have the take taxis to go around. The breakfast buffet is not great, too crowded with less choices. Apparently the only good thing was the bed which is comfortable and the customer service was not bad.
