Mijn gezin van drie verbleef één nacht in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, waren we meteen onder de indruk van de inrichting. Vooral de douchekop in de badkamer was indrukwekkend; die had een aangename, krachtige uitstraling. 👍🏼 Het ontbijtbuffet was ook uitstekend. Niet alleen was het eten uitgebreid, maar ook de inrichting van het restaurant was prachtig! Dit hotel biedt een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en overtreft zelfs hotels die meer dan ¥1.000 kosten! Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

We checked in around 9pm. I have put in special request twice, one specifically in the morning to request a higher floor room with good view. We end up at the lowest floor of the guest room with a construction site view. The construction site is very noisy and our room apparently we found that the windows could not be closed at the last day. The location around does not have much to do so have the take taxis to go around. The breakfast buffet is not great, too crowded with less choices. Apparently the only good thing was the bed which is comfortable and the customer service was not bad.

Our family of three was booked into the hotel's family room for 2 nights & the room was well appointed with all expected amenities & was very clean. The surrounding areas was convenient with lots of food options. There's an array of snacks & drink options available at the lobby area & is a welcomed respite from the cold weather outside. The breakfast spread was extensive & contains both east / west bites. Recommended for families travelling to & from this beautiful city.

Service: The landlady was excellent! She'd tell us all the good places to eat and where to visit. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. Facilities: The room had a smart toilet, a washing machine, and even heating in the bathroom. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. Environment: It's a self-built house in Shuangqiao Village, very close to Shuangqiao Night Market. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the South Railway Station (don't go to the North Station, it's far and gets congested). It's also quite convenient to take the subway or bus to visit attractions in the city, though you'll need to walk about 1 km. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Het hotel is erg goed. Tijdens het ontbijt zag ik een jonge manager in een marineblauw pak de borden afruimen, eten opscheppen en lokale snacks uit Yunnan aan de gasten serveren. Het bedienend personeel is goed opgeleid, druk maar niet chaotisch, ordelijk en heeft een goede service-instelling. Ik ben erg geïnteresseerd in de manager in het marineblauwe pak. Na navraag bleek dat de achternaam van de jonge manager Huang is en dat hij de adjunct-directeur van het hotel is. Met zo'n professionele manager zal het hotel zeker goede resultaten behalen. Een dikke pluim voor dit hotel!

Great hotel only 2km from the main Kunming train station. As a family we loved it! So clean and probably the best Atour hotel I have stayed in in China. Very high quality for a 4 star hotel - almost bordering on 5 star level! This hotel gets consistent 9.7 out of 10 reviews and that is pretty high. But with their great hospitality and clean, modern interior I can really see why and they deserve such high ratings. When we checked in there were so many extra touches of hospitality: locally brewed tea, hand lotion, extra slippers for our kids. The front desk ladies were nice. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style but is really high quality and professional as far as ingredients. Their noodle soup was excellent and breakfast was quite diverse. They have a laundry room and lots of convenience stores close by. If you are coming through Kunming train station I give this one a big recommend. Might be way better than some of the shady hotels a few hundred meters from the train station.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Kunming! The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests — really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was super tasty, with a nice variety, and the rooms were spotless. Everything worked smoothly, especially the laundry service, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend!

It's our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It's a lovely place to stay in, and staff were helpful. But we realised sound proofing is bad. The guests left early in the morning and were very noisy and rowdy. Late night someone from another room was smoking and we could smell the unpleasant cigarette smell although all our windows were closed.

Dit was mijn eerste verblijf in een Atour Hotel, en het was de Longhu Atour. Het ligt heel dicht bij metrostation Wujiaba, op loopafstand. We waren in Kunming voor een korte reis en een tussenstop, dus de metro was erg handig. Onze kamer bevond zich op een hoge verdieping, met uitzicht op de Xishan-berg en het Dianchi-meer. Het weer was prachtig op de dag dat we aankwamen en de gloed van de zonsondergang was adembenemend. Het personeel bij de receptie was ook erg vriendelijk en de lobby was warm en gastvrij, met veel bloemen. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan opties zoals garnalen en rundvlees, en het eten was heerlijk. Over het algemeen was de prijs uitstekend voor de zomer. Ik ben een beetje een schoonmaakfreak, dus ik ben een beetje kieskeurig over kamers, maar het was erg schoon. Ze bezorgden zelfs 's middags fruit, wat echt een attent gebaar was. Het is de laatste tijd behoorlijk warm geweest in Kunming, en het gratis ijs in de lobby was een welkome afwisseling. Ik geef het een duimpje omhoog! Als ik terugkom in Kunming, kom ik hier zeker nog een keer terug, alleen al vanwege de sfeer en de service! Het was een fantastische ervaring! It's far from Subway around 1.1km (Fude Station). The receptionist cannot speak English, however, they've good service mind. In the hotel has smoking smell around. If you ok to take Bus, it's very near bus stop to go Walmart and subway station.

The place was clean, comfortable, good tv and also had a heater inside the shower which I have never seen before. Only downside is the window is facing a brick wall at the opposite building so I wouldn’t stay here for several days unless you don’t mind not having much sunlight coming in. I
