Hotels in Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Ce, Kunming

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

Mijn gezin van drie verbleef één nacht in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, waren we meteen onder de indruk van de inrichting. De lobby bevindt zich op de 10e verdieping en het personeel checkte ons snel in. Onze kamer, gelegen op de 8e verdieping, was helder verlicht met een overwegend groene kleurstelling die erg ontspannend was. De kamer had ook een ultramodern slim spraakbedieningssysteem en een projectie-tv! De kamer was rookvrij, schoon en minimalistisch van design. Vooral de douchekop in de badkamer was indrukwekkend; die had een aangename, krachtige uitstraling. 👍🏼 Het ontbijtbuffet was ook uitstekend. Niet alleen was het eten uitgebreid, maar ook de inrichting van het restaurant was prachtig! Dit hotel biedt een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en overtreft zelfs hotels die meer dan ¥1.000 kosten! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire room was dust-free and odor-free. The bedding and bathroom fixtures were spotless and tidy. The room was cozy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and very good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All appliances and daily necessities were provided. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing travel tips in advance and promptly addressing any needs. They were kind and considerate. The location was superb, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation hubs nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and sightseeing. The area is well-developed and convenient. Overall, it was comfortable and hassle-free. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely come back next time!

The room was very suitable for winter cuz it so warm and comfy. Have a best stay in this hotel. The room also provide washing machine and you can use microwave at the public area. Overall i really like this hotel and my yunan trip become better with this hotel

We are a family of 3 adults and chose this hotel specifically for the 3 beds, proximity to the Metro and the night food street. Taking the Metro from the airport to this hotel is quite easy...just need a simple exchange & exit at Fude station followed by an interesting 6mins walk. The check in was easy & fast. The room was a surprise...quite spacious, very comfortable and the amenities were excellent! The night food street provided us with plenty of awesome food choices. The hotel has 2 washing machines & dryer...that close at 10pm and open at 830am. We like this hotel and we re-booked again for our last night before flying out of Kunming

Our family of three was booked into the hotel's family room for 2 nights & the room was well appointed with all expected amenities & was very clean. The surrounding areas was convenient with lots of food options. There's an array of snacks & drink options available at the lobby area & is a welcomed respite from the cold weather outside. The breakfast spread was extensive & contains both east / west bites. Recommended for families travelling to & from this beautiful city.

Great hotel only 2km from the main Kunming train station. As a family we loved it! So clean and probably the best Atour hotel I have stayed in in China. Very high quality for a 4 star hotel - almost bordering on 5 star level! This hotel gets consistent 9.7 out of 10 reviews and that is pretty high. But with their great hospitality and clean, modern interior I can really see why and they deserve such high ratings. When we checked in there were so many extra touches of hospitality: locally brewed tea, hand lotion, extra slippers for our kids. The front desk ladies were nice. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style but is really high quality and professional as far as ingredients. Their noodle soup was excellent and breakfast was quite diverse. They have a laundry room and lots of convenience stores close by. If you are coming through Kunming train station I give this one a big recommend. Might be way better than some of the shady hotels a few hundred meters from the train station.

The hotel just opened, and the decor has a nice, quality feel to it. The front desk staff were also quite friendly – those are the positives. Now, let me highlight a few major issues that severely impacted my stay: Firstly, there's extensive road construction all around the hotel, making access incredibly inconvenient. It's difficult for taxis to pull up, which significantly hampered my travel experience. Secondly, on the night I checked in, I was unfortunately bitten by an insect near my eye, causing redness and discomfort. It's clear that insect control and disinfection efforts in this new hotel are seriously lacking. Thirdly, the room pricing is very chaotic. Within my two-day stay, prices on Ctrip, [platform 2], and [platform 3] kept fluctuating significantly, with large price differences, which left a very bad impression. While the hardware, decor, and service are acceptable, the issues with surrounding construction, room pests, and inconsistent pricing are major drawbacks. I would not recommend staying here in the short term. I hope the hotel quickly improves its pest control in the rooms, standardizes pricing across all platforms, and proactively informs guests about the surrounding road construction on their booking pages.

It's our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It's a lovely place to stay in, and staff were helpful. But we realised sound proofing is bad. The guests left early in the morning and were very noisy and rowdy. Late night someone from another room was smoking and we could smell the unpleasant cigarette smell although all our windows were closed.
