First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). The location is great, a few minutes' walk from the metro and railway stations. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The night bus from the airport also stops nearby. The staff was kind and helpful, letting me store my bag after check out. The room is very good, clean and in good condition. Overall, a great option for a fair price.

The location is really near Kunming railway station, just about 700m. The room is clean. The view is great. Will stay here again if we are back to Kunming.

Spacious and modern room. My kid love it so much. Walking distance from Kunming Railway Station and airport shuttle bus. Near to wholesale market. Also got 2 halal restaurant after the market, you may google it.Easy for Didi stop, many bicycle and scooter rental nearby.Check in process is smooth and can left luggage at the lobby. Great hospitality.

Our first impression is that this room is huge!! Environment is clean as well. Toilet facilities were good.
Even though there's a 天猫精灵 (something like Google home) in the room, it doesn't seemed to be linked to the electronics at all. But that really doesn't bothered us as we were comfortable in this room.
Location is near Kunming railway station and a number of eateries that opened till late night. And even though it's a walking distance of about 8mins to Kunming station, based on Baidu map, we still took a ride there as we were carrying lots of luggage. Overall, very satisfied with this stay.

The location was excellent, just a 7 minute walk from the train station. Check in was smooth and the rooms were extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It's a bit of a shame that this hotel (like almost all hotels in China) allows smoking in the rooms (there are signs saying it's not allowed but there is also an ashtray on the table and on the booking it says "smoking permitted"), so while everything was perfectly clean, there was a faint smell of smoke in the room which I really don't like. Everything else was perfect though so overall I'd recommend it.

This condo apartment is just beside the Kunming railway station. A 3mins walk away. Very convenient to access to other cities taking trains at railway station.
The view from the full length windows is great.
There are plenty of small eateries just at the ground floor, also a ShengSiong supermarket. You won't go hungry.
The apartment is basic and clean.
Value for money.

5min walk to Yunnan Train station but 20min walk from South Ring Road metro station. Check-in took a long time though the counter staffs were very friendly. Room is huge, relatively clean. Water pressure of shower is relatively ok though not especially strong. No lack of f&b and tea shops selling Yunnan famous Pe'er tea leaves in the vicinity of the hotel. Attached a picture of one of many such stalls for breakfast open from 7am just near the hotel.
