Hotels in Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen, Beijing

We stayed in March, the hotel is kind of minimalistic/muji style. It doesn't have air conditioning turned on only heater so it was rather stuffy on the day of arrival. The aunties were very helpful n pro active, they brought in a cooler. Night was pleasant as we left the room balcony door open slightly with the netting shut. For the price of this boutique hotel which is not cheap, I would expect coffee n tea provided however only tea is provided. As for coffee you have to proceed to the cafe downstairs for gourmet coffee or toast which are not cheap. (Menu provided below) . We bought our own coffee however the next day the auntie brought a box of Luckin coffee for us as the cafe was closed. We saw many resident cats sitting on the roof so we had to make sure the balcony netting door is closed at all times. The hotel is smack in the hutong old shophouse. The smell may not be pleasant for some however the hotel itself is quiet, modern n clean. The location is convenient, near to BeijingFun n other walking streets that sells snacks n souvenirs. Walkable around 20mins to Forbidden city, many restaurants such as Siji Minfu Peking duck n Quanjude. I must say that the saving grace is the location n the nice aunties who make the stay pleasant.

The hotel is decent and nice with friendly staff. Though the room is real small to be honest, it is certainly sufficient. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay and the snack tray is a bit surprising. The location is very convenient, at the same time, cars cannot get directly into the front door, you have to walk a bit into the narrow alley for going to the hotel front door.

Omdat reizen zo gemakkelijk is, heb ik mijn reservering voor twee dagen verlengd en de kamer gewijzigd. Misschien ben ik wel geobsedeerd door ramen, dus heb ik voor deze gekozen met een dakraam, waardoor de gordijnen automatisch kunnen worden versteld. Deze kamer is klein, maar wel volledig uitgerust met een koelkast en een badkamer. Ik hou van het ongemak van een groot huis. Er spat badwater in het toilet. Verder is alles prima. Ik waste en droogde ook ijverig de was en ging elke dag naar de ontbijtbar om mijn ontbijt op te warmen.

Excellent location. The hotel is 2 min walk, next to 珠市口 (Line 8) metro station (exit C), and 10 min walk, across the main road to the entrance of Qianmen St 前門大街入口. Need to walk around and onto overpass in order to cross this main road. See pic. The room is small but sufficient for sleeping at night. The bathroom, however, got flooded after shower. There was no real separation between sink/toilet and shower. It would be helpful to have a mop and extra towels to clean the wet floor.

De eerste indruk was oké, maar bij nadere inspectie bleken er talloze motten te zijn. Toen ik de badkamer opende, was de stank overweldigend. De vloer was nat en het toilet was slecht geïnstalleerd, waardoor het moeilijk was om je benen te strekken. Buiten, voor het raam, was een afvalsorteerstation. In eerste instantie begreep ik niet waarom er zoveel motten waren. Ik denk dat het kwam doordat de boiler in de badkamer constant druppelde, waardoor de wc-bril en de vloer nat werden. De klantenservice was erg vriendelijk. Nadat ik het probleem had gemeld, kwamen ze het opnieuw schoonmaken en rook het eindelijk beter. Dit was het duurste hotel waar ik de laatste tijd heb verbleven, maar het was geen comfortabel verblijf.

De houding was erg goed. Ik kreeg een upgrade naar een kamer met een raam toen ik de winkel binnenkwam. Het hotel is zeer kosteneffectief en de locatie is geweldig, zeer dicht bij het metrostation Chongwenmen en zeer dicht bij het station van Beijing. Ik zal hier weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Beijing kom!

Het Super 8 Hotel heeft attente service, schone en nette kamers, complete faciliteiten en een rustige binnenplaats. De locatie is uitstekend en handig voor reizen. Het is een goede keuze. Vind ik leuk👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

If I could give them more stars I would. I enjoyed my time at the Green Inn immensely and ther service was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice and tried their hardest to help me in any way or form. The room was really nice and clean. For me solo the size was fine, for two people it may be a but tight. It's just 5 minutes to Zhenyangmen and only 8 minutes to the metro line 2/13.

The room hygiene and other things are just so-so. A reminder to friends who stay in the hotel⚠️, don't listen to the people in the store to sell, and sign up for a one-day tour❌️. In order to save trouble, we listened to a tour (thinking that the price is about the same as going out by ourselves, and we don't have to transfer by ourselves), but when we got on the bus, we asked the people, and they used half of my price‼ ️‼ ️, the same tour I signed up for, the sky fell 🖤, friends. This is not the worst, the worst is that this tour is a shopping tour, buying jade and shopping in a supermarket. The tour leaves at 7 am and the disbanding point is 7 am. The actual time given to play at the scenic spot is about three hours at most😰. So don't listen to the staff and sign up for a tour. Remember.

De baas is erg aardig. Ik heb een tweepersoonsbed geboekt. Ik heb het opgewaardeerd naar een familiekamer. Het was een mooie kamer met een haardroger Het is ongeveer 2 kilometer verwijderd van het plein, maar de sanitaire voorzieningen moeten worden verbeterd, de kamer is niet goed geluiddicht
