Het hotel ligt vlakbij metrostation Honmachi, in een hoog kantoorgebouw, op een uitstekende locatie met uitzicht op het centrum van Osaka. De receptie spreekt vloeiend Engels, dus u hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over communicatieproblemen, en de service is ook erg goed. De hotelkamer is niet erg groot, wat begrijpelijk is in het centrum waar elke vierkante meter grond waardevol is. Het tv-scherm in de kamer is echter te klein en kan niet worden geprojecteerd, dus de ervaring is niet erg goed.

Fantastic Hotel, very clean very spacious and they cannot do enough for you, very handy location being 50 m from the main airport to Nanda railway line, you don’t hear the railway line and we got a room on the 24th floor with fabulous views over the harbour, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you want to tour around and see the surrounding towns, I can’t think they will be a better hotel in a better location in Osaka

Good hotel, good service staff spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. The hotel was nice and clean only con is maybe it’s a little old fashioned doesn’t feel modern. But in general a pleasant stay.
Location is great close to metro stations and Osaka Castle. 🏯

Dank aan medewerker Tsubasa voor de fantastische incheckservice. Ik verbleef er niet, maar mijn ouders wel. Dankzij haar en het hele team hebben ze niet alleen een geweldige, maar ook een onvergetelijke tijd gehad in Osaka.
Mijn ouders bleven maar complimenteren over hoe goed het personeel en het schoonmaakpersoneel waren. Het uitstekende ontbijtbuffet. De wifi-snelheid. De televisie had YouTube en alle moderne entertainment die je maar kunt verwachten om ze bezig te houden. En zoals je waarschijnlijk al hebt gezien, zijn het uitzicht en de openbare spa op het dak volgens mij ongeëvenaard in hotels in Osaka - spectaculair.
Uitstekend werk van het personeel. Nogmaals bedankt.

Ik heb een zeer comfortabel verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was verrassend ruim en bood voldoende plaats om te ontspannen. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om te helpen met alles wat ik nodig had, wat de ervaring nog beter maakte. De locatie is ook fantastisch – dicht bij alles, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom, een uitstekende keuze voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en aangenaam verblijf.

De ligging is erg goed, vlak naast de oostelijke uitgang van het metrostation.
De kamer was klein, maar schoon en heel stil.
Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan gerechten. De service bij de receptie van het hotel is erg goed en er is ook een gratis selfservice-bagageopslag, wat handig is als u op reis bent.

Over het algemeen is alles in de kamer makkelijk te gebruiken en in goede staat. Je kunt je drankje in de koelkast zetten. Hoewel ik het daarna vergat….
De service was professioneel.
Jammer dat alle kamers met een mooi uitzicht (uitzicht op de rivier) bezet zijn, wat jammer is, we moeten vijf dagen lang naar het uitzicht op de stadslichten kijken.
Er zijn veel 24-uurswinkels in de buurt. Vrij makkelijk om de dingen te krijgen die je wilt.
De chauffeurs van de shuttlebussen zijn superieur. Ze zijn buitengewoon aardig en behulpzaam. Groeten aan hen en begroeten de mensen die voor het hotel staan.

Zentis is mijn favoriete hotel in Osaka geworden!
De dienst is uitstekend en het personeel is altijd oppassend, vriendelijk en bereid om met alles te helpen.
De ontbijt is heerlijk en de locatie is perfect zeer handig om de stad te ontdekken.
Het hotel is nieuw, mooi ontworpen, en zeer comfortabel een echt juweel!
Mijn verblijf was zo aardig en herinnerbaar. Ik zie er al op uit om terug te komen!

The hotel is within walking distance from the JR Osaka Station. You can find lots of department stores and good restaurants when you walk along to the Umeda Station. The room is relatively spacious in Osaka.

Mooi en ruim hotel! Kwamen erg vroeg aan, en konden meteen vroeg inchecken (08:00 AM) tegen een fee van 8000 yen. Niet goedkoop maar wel fijn dat we meteen konden inchecken. Ligt op een mooie en rustige locatie langs de baai. Erg betaalbaar en goed te doen met het OV. 30-40 min van alle hotspots af, maar daardoor wel hele mooie en ruime kamers! Zou het aanbevele

It's just one stop from Kansai Airport, in Rinku Town, the very first building to the right of Exit 5 – absolutely fantastic! 👍 Self-check-in is available, with simplified Chinese as an option. The accommodation tax is paid separately; I usually pay the 200 yen in cash.
There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the elevator lobby, perfect for someone like me who loves buying water and yogurt!
The window can open a small crack, and there's also fresh air ventilation, so comfortable 😌.
The layout is logical, and it has everything you need! Highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

GGuest UserI booked a deluxe room with executive lounge access this time, and the experience was fantastic. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The snacks at the executive lounge were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store and with a subway station downstairs. Absolutely great value for money.

VVinijiangThe environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating!
Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people.
Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way.
Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

33001152460I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

OOmoshiRokunThis is a fantastic hotel located near Osaka Station, offering convenient transportation and a bustling commercial area. It's easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Kansai Airport from here. You can even take the airport bus directly to the hotel's doorstep. However, the signage for the airport bus stop on the hotel side isn't very clear; you'll need to enter KITTE OSAKA and then go through the glass door on the left.
The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, along with the breakfast area. Check-in was very quick. We had a corner room with a great view and plenty of natural light. The room was well-equipped, and the minibar was complimentary for the first use.
Breakfast offers à la carte service, but there are only two options. The variety of breakfast choices is decent, featuring typical Western and Japanese selections commonly found in Japanese hotels.

YYuexin IrisBefore my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic.
The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient.
Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese.
The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!

SSRjuneI arrived at 10:30. It was sunny so everything looked really nice! The staff is so kind and gave me the room right away so was even more impressed. The hallway is lined with carpet, but doesn’t smell stuffy. The room is spacious and well design. I love that they have a little lounge area by the bed. The room doesn’t have a bathtub, but I find it really nice because lately I have been very skeptical and a little bit scared to use Hotel’s bathtub so I think taking it out is good. The room even have steam iron. The glass that is provided in the room is good quality very thin. They have an espresso machine in the room as well, which is a nice touch. The location is a little bit off, but not that bad.

ちちなみI've stayed at hotels above Rinku Town Station before, but they were quite old. This time, I chose REF in Izumisano, and the location is absolutely fantastic. Coming from Namba on the Nankai Electric Railway, you can spot a 7-Eleven right after exiting the ticket gate. Just turn left and follow the flat walkway with your luggage, and you'll see the sign for the hotel elevator (pic 3). The lobby and front desk are on the third floor. During check-in, they ask you to fill in your email to become a member and choose a free gift (either a drink or late check-out).
Basic toiletries are available at the front desk, and the room even has a multi-head charging cable, which is a thoughtful touch. The hairdryer is pretty good, with high power, so it dries hair quickly. The room was clean and quite new, and the twin room was fairly spacious with good-sized beds. However, a word of caution ⚠️: if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the street during check-in. I was given a room near the electric railway, and it was a bit noisy in the morning (though my earplugs helped).
To go to Rinku Premium Outlets, it's just one stop (towards the airport) to Rinku Town. To get to Wakayama City, take the Nankai Electric Railway from downstairs, which takes about 40 minutes. Osaka Airport is only two stops away, less than a 10-minute ride. If you're heading to Terminal 2, remember to follow the signs at the airport to take the shuttle bus.
