Omgeving: De omgeving is fantastisch! 👍 Voorzieningen: Er is een Dyson föhn aanwezig, het toilet is automatisch en er zijn wegwerp desinfecterende doekjes. Hygiëne: Het is erg schoon en over het algemeen zeer comfortabel. Service: De service is zeer attent. Ik reisde met een baby en er waren kinderslippers en toiletartikelen beschikbaar. Ze gaven ons ook extra flessen water voor de kinderen. Als we iets nodig hadden, hoefden we alleen maar de receptie te bellen en het werd meteen gebracht, echt uitstekend! 👍 Ze hebben zelfs onze kamer geüpgraded, zeer tevreden! 👍 Een aanrader, de volgende keer dat ik naar Yangshuo kom, zal ik hier zeker weer verblijven. De locatie van het hotel is ook erg handig, het is niet ver om met een elektrische scooter naar Ten Mile Gallery en West Street te rijden, een aanrader! 👍

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

It's literally the nicest hotel in the area despite being expensive. Our room overlooked the sunset and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home.Special thanks to Jackson, who made the stay perfect and was helpful every step of the way! I'll definitely come back. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was the hotel's quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were no sounds of traffic or construction to distract or annoy us, and that was a pleasant change from our normal routine. We are happy to recommend to everyone that they book their next stay for rest and recreation at the Nan Ning Shangri-La Hotel. By the way, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is central to shopping, restaurants and recreation venues. Aurelia, Jessica, Eileen, Doris, and Iris are great.

Dit verblijf was een zeer bevredigende ervaring. De suite op de 7e verdieping heeft een prachtig groot terras. Toen we kwamen, was de overstroming voorbij. Het uitzicht op het meer was prachtig op regenachtige en zonnige dagen Shiyin voor de receptie, zeer warm en vriendelijk. Ik zal Boyin de volgende keer dat ik naar Guilin kom opnieuw kiezen!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Liuzhou, and let me tell you, their in-room steak dinner was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the best steak meals I've ever had, and the fact that I got to enjoy it in the comfort of my own hotel room made it even better! The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Liuzhou. But that steak... wow! If you're a steak lover like me, do NOT miss the opportunity to try it during your stay!

Ik moet dit hotel echt een dikke pluim geven! 👍 Het hotel heeft een elegante sfeer en een prachtige inrichting. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, met oog voor detail in elk aspect. 👍 Bij het inchecken was de service van Xiao Zhang aan de receptie onberispelijk. Hij was ontzettend aardig en gaf ons een upgrade naar een betere kamer, raadde restaurants in de buurt aan en trakteerde ons zelfs op pomelo's. Daardoor voelde onze reis naar Hezhou meteen heel bijzonder aan. De locatie is ook fantastisch, met een prachtig uitzicht op het Ailian-meer aan de overkant van de straat. Ik zal hier zeker weer verblijven. Een echte aanrader!

Wij verbleven van 8 t/m 11 mei in dit hotel. Goede locatie. We namen een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier, het was erg mooi. Zeer beleefd, attent en vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. Tijdens het inchecken kregen we cadeautjes met snoepjes, het was erg leuk. We hebben ook gefilmd in het hotel in klederdracht. Wij, als buitenlanders, vonden het erg leuk. De kamers zijn schoon, goed beddengoed, comfortabele bedden, de zithoek bij het raam is gewoonweg magisch gezellig, met een prachtig uitzicht en een theetafel. Toen we uitcheckten, kregen we lokale thee. Het was natuurlijk heel erg gezellig. Het hotelgedeelte is erg schoon. En een groot pluspunt is dat een deel van het personeel Engels spreekt. Het was ook erg leuk dat er in de hal, bij de receptie, een tafel stond met thee, sap, fruit en koekjes, helemaal gratis, elke gast kon pakken wat hij wilde. Wij raden dit hotel aan.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10
