"Отдыхали с мамой. Очень понравился отель, интересный и сам по себе достопримечательность)) Находится прямо в самом центре старого города, удобное местоположение, приятно гулять. Встретили хорошо, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Заранее написали и уточнили по номеру, где удобно будет расположиться. Номера не очень большие, но уютные и объясняется все его историческим смыслом. По мне не хватает только маленького холодильника. А так, все замечательно. Рекомендую"

"Не понравилось. В номере чисто, во дворе -нет, я бы лестницу помыла, стулья на веранде, где завтраки оставляют грязные пятна на одежде. Завтрак - обычный, нормальный, но и ничего особенного, покупная еда в основном. В номере была сломана стойка душа и не работал телевизор. При обращении к администратору было обещано отремонтировать, по факту - ничего, восточные сказки. Ещё неприятность с оплатой турналога, на сайте указана стоимость в сумах, а в отельчике 5 долларов с курсом в переводе в сумы - какой захотел администратор + НДС, который был оплачен при бронировании, это все копейки по сути, но по факту - бизнес по -восточному, причем ссылка, что тут не правильно подсчитано и бронь - это ничего не значит, как будто в Узбекистане турналог платят в долларах."

"Очень понравился гостевой дом . Близко до старого города 3 минуты и до всех основных достопримечательностей в пешей доступности . Вкусные завтраки, приветливые хозяева . Чисто . Хороший душ с горячей водой . Хозяйка очень добрая проводила в 3 часа ночи и даже напекла с собой оладушки . Также посоветовала еще дополнительные места куда съездить и где пообедать , там было очень красиво. Спасибо огромное за гостеприииство . P. S. Мне достались очень жесткие матрасы в комнате , к таким прям привыкать надо ."

"I highly recommend this family-run guesthouse! It's operated by a mother and her two sons. The two boys have excellent language skills, speaking fluent English, as well as Uzbek, Russian, and other languages, so communication is never an issue. The entire family is genuinely kind; whenever we returned from an outing or woke up in the morning, they would proactively ask if we needed any assistance. Every morning, breakfast would be prepared and waiting for us on the table. The owner-mother is gentle and kind; she even helped us wash, dry, and fold our clothes. The two young men are very well-mannered, sensible, and generous, handling the guesthouse reception and online communications. We experienced such pure and unpretentious kindness here – it was a truly precious part of our trip."

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it's set back a bit from the main street, it's very quiet at night. Since it's still relatively new, the interior is clean and well-maintained. Bathrobes were provided. The staff were very kind and helpful; they offered me cold water at reception when I came back in from the heat and even set up my next destination on Yandex Go for me. The breakfast had more than enough food. On my last day, as I was getting into the taxi, a staff member came out from reception, waved, and saw me off."

"Ik verbleef twee nachten in Bukhara in dit hotel, een heel gezellig klein hotelletje met een geweldige ervaring. De eigenaar spreekt uitstekend Engels en is erg behulpzaam, hij droeg zelfs onze bagage de trap op en af. Het ontbijt in het hotel was fantastisch, met een ruime keuze. De lokale broodjes waren bijzonder lekker en de yoghurtbolletjes waren geweldig – een primeur voor mij! De inrichting van het hotel is gezellig en huiselijk, met een kleine, lichtgele binnenplaats en gratis thee. 's Avonds zaten mijn vrienden en ik op de binnenplaats, thee te drinken en films te kijken – super comfortabel! De locatie van het hotel is ook geweldig; alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op 15 minuten loopafstand. Bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zijn onder andere het kasteel van Jacques, de Karón-minaret, de Moskee met de Vier Torens, de Ondergrondse Moskee, de Biënnale van Bukhara en de Borokhaz-moskee. Links van de ingang van het hotel staat een oude boom waar een oudere heer schaak speelt, en een klein zwart katje komt je dan knuffelen. Het kind van de eigenaar van het pension heeft een schattig katje om mee te spelen."
