2-Starhotels in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan

The hotel location was great. We were in Hakone for the Onsen (hotel springs), and the hostel was near a lot of them. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hostel also offered an interesting diner, but we haven't try it. The building and interior was looking very Japenese traditional. Much appreciated for an immersive experience in Japan!

日産スタジアムライブ参戦のために利用しました。 ライブグッズを買うためにスタジアムに行く際、チェックイン時間前でも荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。 スタッフ対応時間外の入室の仕方も大変わかりやすかったです。 部屋は少し狭く感じましたが、創意工夫がされていて、機能的な作りでした。ベッドは清潔でふかふかでライブ後の疲れた身体を優しく癒してくれました。 また機会があったら利用したいです。

엘베서 세탁실이 있다고 나온 지하층이 안눌렸음 내가 묵은 기간에만 사용을 못했던건지 정확하진 않음 이외에 직원분들 영어 가능하시고 화장실이나 침실 다 깨끗햇엇어요

Cleanliness is closer to 3.5 if you're being really picky because the shower walls could use a good wipe down & the bunk bed frame could be vacuumed. Overall though, pretty good. The best part is the location! Right in the middle of a street of restaurants & souvenir shops next to the beach, next to a konbini, Shonan Monorail & train stations down the street, & Enoshima Island over the bridge. The staff is very friendly & a couple of them speak English. Something to note, their wifi kept disconnecting for a few of the guests & I. The second thing I enjoyed most is the bottom floor being a cafe & staying guests get a discount. I really recommend the milkshakes & fried items! I stayed in the female dormitory, both floors shared by all. I personally didn't feel unsafe. The main doors are locked at night & you could lock the dormitory door. The dormitory is right by the street so you will hear people & vehicles if that's something you're particular about. Lastly, don't forget to turn on the AC. Somehow, we forgot about it the first night & were sweating. I also opened the window because my bunk was further away from the AC & boxed up, both of which helped! Overall, enjoyed my experience at Iza & will stay again when visiting Enoshima!

It's was a quest to find it — it has no signs outside. I've just came into other hotel to ask about this capsule paradise, and it turned out that it's on this hotel's underground floor (how should I guess?) The stay itself was perfect. Sauna was hot enough, and all facilities were clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. Dining room is quiet small, but it unexpectedly has a massage chair, wow. Really recommend that place

Close to the station, right beside restaurants & a konbini. Really appreciate the security lock to the female rooms. Check-in was simple, quick & the lady spoke a bit of English. They have an info paper in English too. Overall the place is modern & welcoming. There's tables on the 1st floor & another one the women's floor. Showers, sinks, & toilets were pretty clean. The capsule room itself is very spacious with a pull down screen. Unfortunately the fan was very weak so I was hot throughout the night. Overall really enjoyed the capsule experience & felt safe as a solo female traveler so I will book again if in Yokohama again!

Really nice has free flow beer, coffee n water, all very nice! I am glad to choose the 4ppl room which spacious good for couples that want more spaces for luggage and relax for a coffee. The quilt n pillow was very good, the breakfast is not bad, location super good, with Lawson n family mart just next to hotel. Train station less 5 min walk and the best is the sound proof. Very quite. Definitely will recommend to friends who goes to Fujisawa.

Gemakkelijk te reizen, goedkoop, maar stiekem vind ik het jammer dat er weinig doucheruimtes zijn. Over het algemeen wordt het als goed beoordeeld. Er is een zeer goed centraal servicepunt. Wie is niet serieus? en wilt opslaan, aanbevelen Er is geen lift in de accommodatie. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de 4e tot 5e verdieping. U dient uw bagage de trap op te dragen.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij het station Taoyuandai, maar het is geen loopafstand als u bagage bij u heeft. Het wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen als u zelf rijdt. Behalve dat er geen diner wordt verzorgd, heeft het hotel dezelfde configuratie als een traditioneel Japans hotel. De hygiëne in de kamer is de schoonste waar ik ooit ben geweest. Ook al ben ik in zeer luxe Japanse hotels geweest, iets anders waar u op moet letten is dat er geen badkamer in de kamer is, dus u moet naar het openbare bad gaan om te douchen. De warmwaterbron buiten lijkt een aantal schoonheidseffecten te hebben en kan littekens doen vervagen tijd dat ik er zelf naartoe kan rijden nadat mijn kenteken bekend is🙂. p.s Je moet je eigen eten meenemen voor het avondeten, het ontbijt kost +1000 yen, het is erg lekker en rijk.
