Highlights:
- Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel
- Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.)
- Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast
- Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning
Areas to improve:
- Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty
- Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city
- Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly
Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -＞ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

Het hotel ligt op slechts 20 minuten van de watervallen. Gratis parkeren. Zeer schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie zwembaden en tennisbanen. Professioneel en uiterst behulpzaam personeel. Hartelijke groeten aan Cindy en bedankt voor je hulp.

Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado.
O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo.
O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto melhor que a maioria dos hotéis, no entanto, as condições do banheiro foram péssimas, sujo com marcas de urina seca no piso em frente ao bacio, bacio encardido por dentro, tampa do bacio solta, porta shampoo e sabonete no box solta, trinco soltando com risco de ficar preso no banheiro. Imperdoável um hotel com essa categoria e preço em um estado de conservação e limpeza do banheiro dessa maneira. O hotel fica anexo a um prédio de apartamentos e centro comercial. A recepção fica na sobreloja. A atendente na recepção era inexperiente. O atendimento pelos porteiros e manobristas foi muito bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante no térreo, excelente e com bom atendimento.

Es viejo ya el hotel - falta modernización. Pero están exprimiendo aful los turistas todavía, mientras pagan. Para mi la última vez acá, porque el ruido molesta muchísimo. Se escucha casi todo en la habitación, muy mal su aislamiento. Se escucha el vecino y tb los ruidos de afuera. Muy mal.
El resto me parecía super bien, personal muy amable.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

GGuest UserWith such price, I expect the service is top notch, yet I was disturbed by the housekeepers twice in the evening and 3 times in the morning for cleaning up. There’s even one time that I was in the room and the cleaning lady just directly opened the door without ringing. It even didn’t happen for star 3 hotels.
The room is surprisingly small and I guess the only reason I opted for this hotel is the proximity of location to Iguazu falls.

KKosta561Good hotel with an amazing restaurant. It's better to book a room with half-board. You don't need a plug adapter. There's no toothpaste provided. In the evening, they give one bottle of water and a chocolate per person. The breakfast coffee is amazing (you can make it yourself at dinner). Decent wines at dinner starting from 90 Reals.

GGuest UserThe hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad.
The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.
