Toen ik erheen ging, was het al voorbij de openingstijden van de receptie en arriveerde ik na één uur midden in de nacht. De koopman was echter zeer attent en liet de sleutel achter. Ik had niet verwacht dat iemand zou helpen Ik draag mijn bagage. Elke dag waren er energieke jonge mensen die aan het kletsen waren en plezier hadden. De tuin was erg mooi, behalve dat de vloerafvoer in de badkamer een beetje verstopt is, er is geen groot probleem. Wat nog belangrijker is, het ligt heel dicht bij de Qilou Old Street en de Bell Tower, en het vervoer is erg handig. De eigenaar van de supermarkt en de bewaker op de naastgelegen weg zijn erg enthousiast. Als je verdwaalt, ben je dat ook geven graag aanwijzingen. Goede mensen hebben een veilig leven. Welkom iedereen om te blijven!

Het hotel is geweldig. De kamer is groot genoeg. Tegenwoordig zijn er nog maar weinig hotelkamers die zo groot zijn. Er is ook een projector aanwezig en de leden zijn al klaargezet, wat erg attent is. De kamer is niet gehorig en ligt niet dichtbij de hoofdweg, waardoor het er vrij rustig is. De kamer is schoon en netjes en de wegwerpartikelen zijn volledig aanwezig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en enthousiast.

Highly Recommended 100% (even for foreigners) 👏🏻👏🏻🔥: This hotel is one of the best stays I have had since coming to China. At this price, it is simply unbeatable.
The owner is exceptional, very kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. The reception staff are also friendly and professional. Thanks to this experience, Haikou has become my favorite city in China. The owner even lent me his motorcycle for free to move around the city, which shows how generous and welcoming he is.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. They are cleaned daily, with amenities renewed every day. The bed is comfortable, the environment is calm and peaceful. The hotel is near of many famous place and restaurants 💯✨.
This is truly the best hotel for this price, with an outstanding manager. I had one of my best stay in China here and 100% recommend this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻💯.

The staff front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided free shuttle service too from airport even at 1am. Room was clean and spacious for the money you pay super worth your money. Very near to airport around 10 mins drive.

Everything was perfect about this accommodation. There are a plenty of supermarkets around, many restaurants, different shops. The beach is 5 mins walk. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel (40¥/day). The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is clean, the service is good. More than satisfied with this accommodation, I couldn’t want more.

100塊的特價房，住一宿趕第二天的早班機，智能窗簾，我們住的是無窗房，但並不是沒有窗，是窗外面是牆。住一晚也不影響啥。周圍還是挺熱鬧的，樓下有很多便利店。兩個年輕的接待也都很熱情友好。附近的早餐很多是七八點鐘才營業，趕早班機的不知道來得及。附近肯德基和麥當勞都有，肯德基的早餐便宜，9.9就能買一份。有接送機服務，我們自駕所以沒用，但是前台的小妹妹有主動詢問登記。洗澡的熱水蠻好的！

Riyuehai Hotel is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They even did my laundry for free, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The room was spotless and cleaned every single day by the housekeeping team, who kept everything fresh and tidy. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, a shopping mall, and a variety of restaurants, including many international options with cuisines from around the world.
The entire property is very well maintained, and the pool area is clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed every part of my stay here and highly recommend Riyuehai Hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Haikou. It offers incredible value for money, with patient and enthusiastic service from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with a fixed showerhead and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. It's in a very central location, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – many are just a few minutes' walk away. This made my trip incredibly worthwhile. In the evenings, I could even explore the night market. I strongly recommend this as a transit hotel for your Haikou trip. Most importantly, the front desk service is fantastic – patient, meticulous, and enthusiastic. They respond and resolve any issues quickly. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful and nice but also very thorough and patiently handled all my questions. I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserDue to the Chinese New Year peak season, Atlantis was charging over 5K RMB, and I'd stayed there twice when it was around 2K. So, this time I opted for a guesthouse in Atlantis Tang'an, which was closest and offered better value for money. There are at least four or five guesthouses here, and I ultimately chose Kaimi because their advice was professional, genuine, and their service was excellent. The complex features three high-rise residential buildings and many villas, all quite close to each other. The environment is fantastic, and it's incredibly close to the duty-free shop and Atlantis. Ordering takeout, dining out, and getting a taxi are all super convenient. The guesthouse even has its own restaurant and supermarket, making it a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle.
We stayed in a high-rise sea view room in Building 1, which the owner kindly upgraded for us – a huge thank you for that! Stepping out of a small gate, you're right at Atlantis, and you can freely access the hotel lobby (to see the aquarium) and the pool. Getting to the beach is also very easy. Our two-bedroom unit could comfortably accommodate a family of five. The large balcony was perfect for drying clothes and even offered a great view for watching the sunrise. The big bathtub on the balcony looked amazing for photos, though my kids were too young to try it. Overall, it was a really excellent experience. The owner also went above and beyond to help me find a lost item, which was incredibly thoughtful ❤️

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

AAnonymous UserI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

It's on an upper floor, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, making it very clean and convenient. A kitchen is also available. Overall, everything was great!
