De kamer is schoon en netjes, vlakbij het hogesnelheidstreinstation, en het busstation is beneden, dus het is handig om de bus naar Ta'er Temple te nemen. Nadelen: 1. Er is een probleem met de verbinding tussen de klantenservice en de receptie. Er hangt geen bordje met het internetwachtwoord, tv-gebruik en interne telefoonnummer in onze kamer. Daarom ben ik drie keer heen en weer gerend om te vragen, en de receptie zei dat ik moest helpen met nadenken, maar er was geen resultaat toen ik op de derde dag uitcheckte. 2. De receptioniste bij de receptie was niet erg enthousiast. 3. De bediening in het restaurant was niet erg enthousiast. Tijdens de maaltijd staarde een dertigjarige man in een shirt met korte mouwen en ronde hals iedereen aan als een supervisor die het eten serveert. Toen ik hem vertelde dat de selderij te oud was en helemaal niet meer te eten, vond hij dat zonde; hij keek wezenloos en negeerde de gasten.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining!

De algehele ervaring in het Orange Hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen. Het design is eenvoudig maar stijlvol, en de lobby heeft een verfrissende sinaasappelgeur die je meteen een ontspannen gevoel geeft. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, het beddengoed is zacht en comfortabel, de moderne voorzieningen zijn gebruiksvriendelijk, de badkamer heeft een aparte douche en toilet, en er is voldoende warm water. De receptie is vriendelijk en efficiënt, het inchecken verloopt snel en ze reageren direct op alle vragen. De locatie is uitstekend, gunstig gelegen voor reizen en omgeven door voorzieningen. De doordachte details en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maken het hotel geschikt voor zowel zakenreizen als vakanties. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat sommige kamertypes een iets mindere geluidsisolatie hebben, maar dit doet niets af aan de algehele ervaring, waardoor het hotel een absolute aanrader is!

來西寧玩特意選了這家酒店，真的選對了！進門就被前台小姐姐的熱情感染，辦理入住還送了青海特色的小零食。房間裏陽光充足，佈置得温馨又整潔，地毯和桌面都一塵不染，晚上睡覺也特別安靜。
樓下就是小吃街，想吃手抓羊肉、釀皮都不用跑遠，步行幾分鐘就到。退房時還幫忙叫了車，服務太貼心了！下次帶家人來西寧，還選夏都里程酒店～

The location is perfect: walking distance to the train station and to the Great Dongguan Mosque. There are many food options in the area.
The room is amazing and very ”high-tech”. Lights can be adjusted in detail via an electronic panel. The bed is very comfortable.
The breakfast is good.
Since the hotel is next to a school, one wakes up with the student's morning exercise.

GGuest UserThe location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train.
We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.”
2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

GGuest UserThe room was much larger than I expected, with a great layout. I could spread out my luggage without any issues and still had plenty of space to move around. It felt as comfortable as a suite.
The hotel is incredibly close to Xining High-Speed Railway Station and the bus station, easily within walking distance. This is a perfect choice for anyone needing to catch an early train or those arriving late and wanting to rest quickly, saving both time and effort.
The overall environment is quiet, the hygiene is excellent, and the service is very good. Highly recommended!

It has just opened, everything is brand new and vibrant. The intelligent control is super powerful, the lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, and a comfortable atmosphere can be created with just a touch of your finger. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are brand new, so it is super safe to live in.
The hotel gym is fully equipped to meet different fitness needs, and there is no pressure after exercise.
Breakfast is a highlight, with rich variety and great taste, which can start a full day.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time.
This stay experience is great, and I will choose here again when I come to Xining in the future! Highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

Choosing to stay at the Ji Hotel during my business trip to Yushu was a truly delightful surprise! First of all, the location is incredibly convenient, situated on a main road in the city center, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and parking is also very easy.
Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its simple yet elegant design. The air was filled with the subtle aroma of ******* incense and tea, instantly washing away the fatigue of my journey. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, all in a very gentle tone.
Our Deluxe Twin Room was fantastic! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – falling asleep instantly was a dream come true! The most surprising thing was the excellent oxygen supply (Yushu's altitude is quite high), the stable water pressure in the shower with hot water arriving quickly, and the inclusion of a smart toilet and smart TV – quality evident in every detail.
And the breakfast deserves special mention! The food is authentic and plentiful, and the manager even enthusiastically recommends local specialties – so heartwarming!
The only minor drawback is that the gym is a bit small, but the equipment is generally sufficient. Overall, it's definitely the best value accommodation in Yushu! Highly recommended for tourists or business travelers to Yushu; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
