We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

Tailwater Lodge is the best I have ever stayed it was clean and so comfortable this place has it all in one place I would highly recommend tailwater to any of my friends and family !

酒店舒適乾淨，大堂漂亮，房間很寬敞，設施也很新，愉快的體驗。這是伊薩卡鎮上很好的酒店，下次再來也會住這裏。酒店門外一轉彎就是鎮上最熱鬧的街，餐廳很多。去康奈爾大學是往北不斷爬坡。打Uber也很方便。另外，附近不遠有峽谷小道的入口，進去後一路看到好幾個瀑布，景色美極了，小道盡頭出口處就是康奈爾大學的校園。酒店離大巴車站不遠，大約步行十分鐘即可。總之是非常好的選擇。

De kamer heeft een uitzicht van 180 graden op het Magic Sky Building in Manhattan. Het is heel comfortabel om 's ochtends en 's avonds op de bank te zitten en koffie te drinken. De receptie van het hotel is zeer attent. Het gratis ontbijt is erg goed. Het enige wat is dat de aanbetaling niet volledig wordt terugbetaald.

第一天就等到了5點多才有房間入住。整個酒店佔地面積很大，大堂很敞亮。
服務真的不好説，打掃房間的服務人員好像不太懂英文。衹有第一天入住的時候有咖啡，而且3個人入住，價格也比兩個人貴，但是衹給兩份咖啡。打掃完房間，也不給咖啡，必須去前台要，住了6天，去前台要了3次咖啡😰。
沒有熱水壺，也沒有茶。
酒店周圍有一個小商圈，商圈裡有一個小超市，還有一個葯店，咖啡午餐店。
門口有一棵玉蘭樹非常漂亮 ！

My husband and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at Del Lago-we were super impressed. We loved the casino. And, we loved loved our room. The bed was so comfy-felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We plan to go back hopefully around News Years Eve. It was everything we expected.

We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable.
The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.

GGuest UserThe biggest advantage of this Sheraton is its location; you can walk to most attractions in Midtown Manhattan. The rooms are just so-so, and parking is extremely expensive. They even charge for luggage storage. The meal vouchers were a pleasant surprise though.

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the front desk staff handled check-in. The hotel is grand and spectacular, making the trip totally worthwhile. It feels very safe, and the facilities are excellent.

GGuest UserGreat location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds. The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice. The hotel is older and it definitely shows. We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet. The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

GGuest UserStaff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained.
The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy.
Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression.
It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and truly world-class service, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .
