The hotel was gorgeous. The river view rooms were awesome and roomy. The indoor pool with the glass windows and fire pits outside were amazing as well as the Staff and the restaurant/bar!

The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. 第二次入住，來了這麼多次沒有踩過雷，非常不錯 去機場很方便 酒店乾淨整潔 就是房間不是很大 早餐有點一般，還是老味道。 就是皇冠假日的正常品質

It’s a relatively new hotel/casino. The room is clean and new. The bed is pretty comfortable. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to downtown. So it’s quite convenient. Will stay here again

Er rijdt een pendelbus om 16:00 uur, erg handig, het is maar 10 minuten rijden. Het bed was erg zacht, ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Hoewel het niet nieuw was, was het schoon en hygiënisch en had het alles wat ik nodig had. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven als ik een tussenstop heb.

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

就在高速邊上，非常方便，酒店門口的樹上還有一窩鳥，在孵蛋。房間不太好，沙發好多污漬，幸好床還乾淨，淋浴噴頭到處滋水，水盆的下水也不通快。
