Overview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Thats where any good ends.
Breakfast can only be described as chaos. No tables etc so had to make do with a takeaway coffee and just a croissant in the reception area.
Pool area far too busy.
On NYD everything closed at 8pm, no bar open and staff made it clear they wanted you gone.
Wine in vespaio bar served warm.
Disturbed throughout night by other guests in early hours coming and going.

Spa shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if it’s an extra 65€ fee. This hotel was generally overpriced for the quality offered. Room was a bit shabby.
Breakfast was not the best and could get quite overcrowded.
The lunch menu was reasonable for 10€.

De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed, net aan de rand van de Dozen River, op de balkon van het hotel kunt u de prachtige Dozen River zien, het ontbijt is in de regels, de lobbyservice is goed, de eerste avond van de nacht verblijft, ontdekt dat de hotelbedden niet schoon zijn, de volgende dag vroeg op de receptie, alle bedden zijn tijdig vervangen, de houding is goed

Wanneer je verblijft bij Wellness hotel SPARK in Plavecký Štvrtok bevind je je naast het plaatselijke meer en op 7 min. rijden van White Eurovalley Golf Park Malacky. Dit hotel voor families ligt op 25,3 km van Stillfried-Zentrum der Urzeit en op 29,4 km van Kasteel Devin.

GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

BBennyI didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was still guaranteed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfied! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is good to walk along the Danube for more than 10 minutes!

Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather.
Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved.
The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of!

I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.
