Guests routinely praise the friendly staff and clean, comfortable accommodations—many felt safe and well looked‑after during their stay.
On the flip side, a few guests noted some service inconsistencies (e.g., WiFi strength, breakfast variety) and minor maintenance issues such as dirty windows or worn hallway carpets.
Overall: A strong choice for a premium stay in Douala—especially if you value modern comfort and strong service—just be aware of minor operational quirks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, close to major attractions and easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job daily. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the food quality was impressive.
Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Excellent service. Comfortable rooms and the food was amazing. My husband and I spent Valentines Day at the hotel and we had the most amazing time. The life band in the evening and decor was excellent. The environment was quiet which made our stay relaxing. I would come back again. ❤️
