De locatie is geweldig. Op loopafstand van The Curve Mall en Ikea Damansara, die voldeden aan mijn verblijfsdoel. De kamer was ruim en schoon en goed uitgerust met strijkijzer, föhn en extra kussen. Het ontbijt is ook geweldig. Eindeloos eten! Er is een speelkamer voor kinderen, maar misschien kan er in de toekomst meer speelgoed worden toegevoegd. Het zwembad ook geweldig. Zal de volgende keer weer komen☺️

Het hotel ligt vlakbij T1, je kunt er naartoe lopen of de 24-uurs elektrische auto van het hotel nemen. Het hotel is groot en mooi, met complete kamerfaciliteiten, maar er is maar één fles mineraalwater, wat te weinig is. Ik kwam rond 21.00 uur aan bij het hotel en kreeg te horen dat het zwembad gesloten was. Ik was blij dat ik kon inchecken voordat het zwembad van het hotel op 21 juli vanwege reparaties gesloten werd. Tot slot bedank ik de receptie dat ze wisten dat we de volgende dag een vroege vlucht om 7.00 uur hadden en dat we om 10.30 uur mochten inchecken.

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Mr. Aizat, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Premium room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Special thanks to the team for the complimentary birthday cake for my wife — it was a thoughtful surprise that made our celebration extra meaningful.
Overall, great service, beautiful environment, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! 🎉🏨✨

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel during my business trip. The location is excellent and very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and main roads. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Some amenities could be improved, but overall it was a good and comfortable stay for business travel.

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it.
As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works).
We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

De locatie ligt zeer dicht bij de luchthaven, met een shuttlebus die op regelmatige tijden rijdt. Het hotel is groot en biedt plaats aan veel mensen, aangezien de meeste mensen hier op doorreis zijn, dus er is veel verkeer. De kamer is ruim, in tegenstelling tot sommige hotels in het centrum die krap zijn en hun bagageruimtes niet volledig openen. Het hotel beschikt over alle nodige voorzieningen. De douchewand is wat klein; hij zou langer mogen zijn of een deur hebben om te voorkomen dat de douche op de vloer spuit. Misschien omdat de doelgroep van het hotel transitpassagiers zijn, is de badkamer ook relatief klein. Over het algemeen was de ervaring redelijk goed.

Aangezien ik slechts één nacht doorbracht op weg naar een aansluitende vlucht
Ik ben dus niet voorzichtig door het hotel gegaan om foto's te maken.
Allereerst is het ophalen en inleveren van het hotel echt geweldig
Er zijn relatief weinig hotels in Kuala Lumpur die deze service aanbieden.
De kamer is zeer ruim

AAnonymous UserTraveling with my child this time, I did a lot of research and finally chose Sunway Resort Hotel Kuala Lumpur. After experiencing it, I truly feel I made the right choice and wholeheartedly recommend it to all parents out there. This hotel is hailed by many as Malaysia's 'Atlantis' and is an excellent option for family trips.
The hotel has a private walkway that directly connects to Sunway Pyramid Mall, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient.
The room experience was also fantastic. The room we stayed in, with our family of three, was spacious enough for everyone to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after a day of playing hard outside, our child would just flop into bed and sleep soundly, ensuring plenty of rest.
The hotel features a dedicated children's pool on the fifth floor, with an appropriate depth and fun facilities.
All the staff were very warm and polite!

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

After dinner and attend dino park only check in room 2 at 9pm. At peak hours the buggy service below average. Hence have to walk 15 min back to the room 2. The room preparation such as towel, hair dryer and etc below average. Overall the room cleanliness above average.
I dine in at restaurant stick and baron. Below average.

MCR don’t have convenient stall hence I have to go to town to buy mineral water.
The theme park visited water park and Dino park. A nice place to visit.

SSammy SinyeeThis is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality.
I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel.
During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time.
So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived.
I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink.
At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched.
I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care.
Great service is not about never making mistakes.
It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward.
What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily.
It made me feel truly cared for.
Thank you to the entire team.
What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward.

KKytchermaineI booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay.
The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more.
The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch.
The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good.
If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!

There's a garden downstairs for walks, and the air is very fresh.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water are provided, and the cleaning staff are very efficient.
The hallway is relatively quiet, and the service is excellent.
There's a golf course, perfect for those who enjoy playing to pass the time.
Cons:
The overall room decor is a bit dated.
There's no overhead light; lighting relies solely on floor lamps and bedside lamps.
It feels a bit like an older 4-5 star hotel in China.
The shower is in a bathtub, which can be slippery.
Upon check-in, they requested a 250 MYR deposit plus a 'tourism tax' of 7 MYR per night.
I've stayed in many hotels in Malaysia, and this is the first time I've been asked for a deposit and this particular tax.
Tips:
Bring your own slippers.
The central air conditioning is very strong, so you might want to bring a long-sleeved pajama top.
The front desk informed me that check-out takes 15 minutes (first time I've encountered such a long wait; I was a bit emotional during the interaction, but it ended up being processed in less than 5 minutes. Still, I recommend allocating sufficient time).
I wouldn't specifically book this hotel again unless it was for convenience to UKM.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping.
Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car.
One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone.
I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre.
