Absolutely beautiful resort - only downside the staff made no effort for our honeymoon and the vegetarian and vegan food was non existent but we headed to Banyan Tree the next day! A class apart!

المنتجع بشكل عام جداً جميل و فوووق التقييم ان كان موقع او نظافة الاطفال راح ينبسطو جداً و فيه اكثر من فعاليه لهم داخل المنتجع بس شدني انه النادي النسائي ما يفتح الصباح وهذا شي غريب انا احتاج اتمرن بداية يومي و محد كان معاه مفتاح للنادي الا الظهر جات موظفه و لقينا المكيف خربان اتمنى بس يزبطو هذا الشي

Het is oké, maar de airconditioner in de kamer is te luidruchtig, en de kamer aan de straatkant is ook erg luidruchtig. Het ontbijt is gemiddeld, maar ik denk dat het over het algemeen acceptabel is

De bediende zal de hotelgeschiedenis eerst introduceren en zal de champagne kiezen die in een kamer wordt gebruikt. Er zal een speciale persoon zijn met een presentatie van de hotelfaciliteiten, de zus helpt ook foto's te maken, zeer mooi. De kamer is zeer indrukwekkend, hoewel er geen lichten zijn, maar er is airconditioning en een lift, niet warm. De fitnessruimte is volledig, en het buitenzwembad is zeer dicht bij de oude stad. Het ontbijt is goed, er zijn weinig gasten in het hotel, er is een heel bijzondere ervaring waard om te komen.

Dit hotel overtrof absoluut mijn verwachtingen. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die Medina bezoekt tijdens een bezoek aan Alula. De receptie is 24 uur per dag geopend, maar de inchecktijden op Ctrip klopten niet. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg gastvrij. Omdat ik met mijn zoon reisde, regelden ze proactief een kamer met twee slaapkamers. De kamer was ruim en schoon, vooral de keuken, dus alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, waardoor het een perfect familie-uitje was. Het enige nadeel was dat er aan de weg voor het hotel werd gewerkt, waardoor je een smal steegje moest doorkruisen om het hotel te vinden. Dit zou echter moeten worden opgelost zodra de weg is gerepareerd.

Het hotel heeft geen toeristische kaart of gids voor Alula, dus zelf rijden is lastig: 1. Ik weet niet hoe ik bij Hegra kom, Noordpoort? Zuidpoort? Moeilijke navigatie. Later leerde ik dat 375…9200…70 2. Er zijn geen openingstijden voor de schilderachtige plek. Ik kwam om 13:00 aan bij Elephant Rock en er stond dat het om 16:00 open zou gaan. Toen ik om 15:40 aankwam bij Hegra, was het gesloten. Internationale hotels hebben toeristische brochures en kaarten, etc. Dit is prima voor groepsreizen, maar het is lastig om zelfstandig te reizen. Ik hoop dat dit verbeterd kan worden.

The service provided was excellent, facilities ok, the food was good, location is amazing, even if a bit far from Alula. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Special mention for the guys at Caravan reception, the 2 Mohammed. Amazing experience, once you leave, you want to go back.
