The room so spacious,complete with bathtub and cofee maker,also have 2 tv at the room complete with wifi..near to icity theme park and icty mall just walk away less than 5 minute❤️❤️..the food at the hotel so good.

The location so far is good , near to the central mall i city. This is my second time staying double tree by hilton shah alam i city.. quite disappointed because this time we come for my mom celebration and we did request for a cake before we check in the hotel.. but after check in the hotel didn’t prepare us the cake. Luckily in the end they do provide

All is good with a nice location. The parking has a flat rate of RM 5 per entry instead of free but anyhow the hotel is nice to stay.

A fairly new hotel with good occupancy rates to ensure a good running capacity and consistency in quality. Free cookies on arrival! Front desk handled my add ons with minimal hiccups. Clean, with Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. Has a lot of fitness facilities and first time users for the spa can get a 50% off first trial at this point of time. Breakfast has less meat options, but a good selection of plant-based protein and eggs (Ramadan month).

The room was pretty good, the bed was so comfy. The pool was good, but there still a room of improvement especially for kids side & jacuzzi was not functioning.

Overall, we had a great experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam branch, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and modern.
The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus.
Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.

This is a relatively new hotel, and is located next to the icity theme park, with icity shopping mall a short walk away.
Hotel is new and clean, rooms are big and clean. staff are friendly, and I always enjoy their welcome snack, chocolate chip cookie (must eat it while it is warm).
Their breakfast is good, love their fresh green salad bar.
If you are lazy to go out for dinner, order their Lamb Bryanni from their room service menu... It is really good...
